The world teaches us that a long life is built on three foundational pillars: healthy nutrition, exercising regularly, and maintaining mental health (emotional, psychological, and social well-being). Sleep is quickly on its way to becoming the 4th pillar as scientists research its significance. Billions are spent each year on fitness programs, diet trends, and self-care strategies—all in pursuit of looking good and longevity. But is this truly the foundation of a full life? Or is there something far more valuable?

While these things have value, a real question remains. Should we be more focused on bodily health or righteousness? Better yet, should we spend all our time concerned about this life or eternity with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH)? The Bible declares in Matthew 6:21, “For where your treasure (money) is, there your heart(H3820) will be also,” and our money is definitely in these three pillars. According to the Global Wellness Institute (GWI), Americans spent 308.71 billion on healthy food and weight loss products, 72.22 billion on fitness, and 107.91 billion on Mental Wellness in 2023.

• Consider your priorities: What you value most will get the most of your money, time, and attention. 
• Consider your values: What you value and believe in will shape your actions. 
• Consider your actions: What you focus on dictates your actions. 

The answer to the questions is simple. Both bodily health and righteousness should be prioritized, but one must take precedence. Sha’ul (Paul) clarifies this distinction for us in 1 Timothy 4:8: ‘bodily exercise is profitable to a little(G3641), but righteousness is profitable to all things, having promise of the present life now, and of that coming.’ The three pillars may strengthen our bodies and lives here and now. Still, only righteousness secures our present and eternal well-being.

I submit today that true longevity is not just about the number of years we live but about the life we cultivate in obedience to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH). In fact, true righteousness is the foundation that ultimately influences and enhances bodily health, unlike the other way around. Lastly, righteousness aligns the body, mind, and spirit with YAHUAH’s will, leading to true well-being. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) proclaimed to “seek first the kingdom of YAHWEH and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

For it was neither herb nor poultice that healed them, but Your Word, O YAHUAH, which heals all things.

Healthy Food

We are what we eat—both physically and spiritually. What we consume, whether food or doctrine, shapes who we are. This isn’t just a cliché; it’s a fact.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) gave His people clear instructions on what is food and what is not. Yet, many still defile their bodies with things He never intended to be consumed. The bodies of Yahshar’el and the grafted-in branches (Romans 11:17-19) are not their own; they were created by YAHUAH, redeemed by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha), and are now the dwelling place of YAHUAH’s Ruach (Spirit). Polluting them with unclean animals, lab-engineered chemicals, and addictive substances is an offense against the One who made us.

The modern food industry thrives on deception, pushing toxic, addictive garbage while calling it food. Here’s a list of some of the most common poisons people willingly put into their bodies:

• High-Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) – A cheap, artificial sugar that wreaks havoc on the liver and metabolism.
• Food Dyes (Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1, etc.) – Petroleum-based toxins that interfere with the body’s natural balance and increase cravings.
• Sodium Nitrite – A chemical preservative in processed meats, linked to cancer and heart disease.
• Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) – A flavor-enhancing drug that tricks the brain into overeating.
• Artificial Flavoring – A mix of lab-made chemicals designed to keep you addicted.
• Trans Fats – Industrial waste oils that destroy the heart and arteries (finally banned, but damage already done).
• Carrageenan – A thickening agent that inflames the gut and has been linked to cancer.
• Refined Flour – Stripped of nutrients, spikes insulin, and leaves people constantly hungry and malnourished.

The solution? Stop eating their poison. Read labels, eat whole foods, and reject the processed filth they market as “healthy.” But here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear: What you eat matters, but it is not the most important thing.

Paul clarified that physical food is temporary, but righteousness lasts forever. 1 Timothy 4:6-8 again tells us that bodily discipline has some value, but righteousness holds the promise of both this life and the life to come. Paul commanded Timothy to devote himself to Torah study (1 Timothy 4:13) because true strength doesn’t come from food—it comes from the Word of YAHUAH.

Note: Paul, Timothy, the Bereans, etc., were reading and studying the Hebrew Scriptures (Torah and the Prophets). These writings were exclusively relied upon to understand and interpret the teachings of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha), seeing these writings as the key source of righteousness, wisdom, and truth.

Deuteronomy 8:3 drives the point home: “Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH).” It’s time to stop prioritizing the physical over the spiritual. People obsess over diets, meal plans, and exercise routines, yet they starve themselves of YAHUAH’s truth. The world teaches that health is found in food, fitness, and mental well-being, but YAHUAH teaches that life itself is found in His Word.

Your body is temporary. Your soul is eternal. What will it profit you in the end to have a gorgeous body, but lose your soul? Choose wisely.

Exercise vs Righteousness

Physical exercise has its benefits. It strengthens the body, improves endurance, and keeps us healthy. However, physical exercise has limitations—it benefits only the flesh, whereas righteousness benefits both body and soul. The discipline required for physical training is similar to the discipline necessary for spiritual growth. Just as one must train consistently to see results in the body, one must be diligent in the study and application of YAHUAH’s Word to grow in righteousness.

The Proverbs teach us to observe the ant, a creature of extraordinary diligence and discipline (Proverbs 6:6-8). If the ant, with its tiny stature, can be so industrious and persistent, how much more should we, who are called by YAHUAH’s name (Yahshar’el), be diligent in training ourselves in righteousness? Physical training has its place, but spiritual discipline is of greater worth.

Mental Health vs Righteousness

Mental health has become a significant focus in modern times, with many seeking peace and stability through various secular means. While it is essential to guard the mind, true mental and emotional well-being comes from YAHUAH’s Word. Isaiah 26:3 states, “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”

The world encourages meditation, therapy, and mindfulness, but without the foundation of YAHUAH’s wisdom, these things are temporary fixes. The true renewal of the mind comes from Torah (Romans 12:2), and peace comes from obedience to YAHUAH’s instructions. Anxiety, fear, and depression are real struggles, but 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) has provided a way of escape through prayer, fasting, and immersion in His Word.

Conclusion

We are the righteousness of the Most High 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) (2 Corinthians 5:21) and must act as such. Physical health is beneficial, but it is temporary. What we eat, how we exercise, and how we care for our minds all matter, but they pale in comparison to the nourishment that comes from righteousness. Sha’ul reminds us that righteousness has eternal value—it impacts both this life and the one to come.

Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.

Inheritance is a topic deeply rooted in Torah that guides Yahshar’el (Israelites) on how to pass down baraka (blessings) and responsibilities from one generation to the next. Many parents today wrestle with whether they should leave material wealth to their children or focus on their own well-being. Some see value in providing financial security for future generations, while others prioritize using their wealth during their lifetime for personal fulfillment or security. Nevertheless, a more significant question remains—should the primary inheritance be material, or should it be the eternal wisdom and knowledge of Torah? The scriptures provide clear guidance on this matter, urging us to seek wisdom in managing both our possessions and the Faith legacy we leave behind.

The Vanity of Material Wealth

Yahusha’s parable in Luke 12:13-21 speaks directly to the fleeting nature of material wealth and the question: “Should We Focus on Leaving Material Wealth or an Inheritance of Torah?” Yahusha’s parable of the rich fool reveals the emptiness of wealth when it is not grounded in YAHUAH’s truth—Torah. It proves that no matter how abundant wealth is, it is temporary and ultimately meaningless and unable to sustain your soul. The rich man’s focus in the parable was on securing his earthly future. Yet, he failed to prepare an eternal inheritance. His mistake was not in having wealth but in believing that material abundance was the measure of a successful life.

The rich man’s thought process aligns with a shared mindset today—many parents strive and work tirelessly to accumulate wealth for themselves and leave behind financial security for their children, thinking wealth will sustain them. However, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) warns that “a man’s life consistent not in the abundance of the things which he possesses” (Luke 12:15). In other words, a life centered on material gain is fleeting and ultimately worthless. Wealth and material things can be lost, misused, squandered, or become a stumbling block, as seen in real-life examples where children squander their inheritance. This mirrors what the rich fool experienced—his storehouses of goods perished along with him, leaving nothing of eternal value. So we see now that the real question is: What are we leaving behind that truly lasts?

Instead of focusing on storing earthly wealth, Yahusha’s teaching challenges us to invest in something more significant: an inheritance of Torah, wisdom, moral values, and righteousness. The true wealth that parents should pass down is a foundation in YAHUAH’s commandments, a love for His ways, and the understanding that true life is not measured by possessions but by obedience and faithfulness. Proverbs 13:22 tells us, “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.” This inheritance is not just about money—it is about living a set-apart life in the presence of your children, which will, in turn, deposit impactful lessons. These deposits will be carried and lived out by them and soon deposited into future generations. Deposits of set-apartness, Torah, wisdom, and righteousness. Deposits that endure beyond material possessions. “Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he turns not away from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)

The Illusion of Security in Wealth

The parable also reveals a deeper truth: Those who rely on material security are never truly secure. The rich man thought he had prepared for years of ease and security. Recall his words, “I will say to my soul, soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take rest, eat, drink, and be glad.” In other words, he thought, Look at all I have gained; I’ve made it. Now, I can sit back and enjoy life with no worries. I don’t need 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH). His trust was in his wealth, not the One who gives life.

Yet that very night, his soul was required of him, proving that all his wealth could not secure his future. He had spent his life storing up possessions for himself but had neglected to store up the wisdom of Torah (Psalm 119:11), faith in YAHUAH (Matthew 6:20-21, Hebrews 11:7), and the fruit of the spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) that lead to eternal life—the only treasures that endure beyond this life.

In the same way, if we focus solely on leaving material wealth while failing to pass on Torah, faith, and obedience to YAHUAH, we would be failing our children and leaving them bankrupt, no matter how much we provide for them financially. What good is an inheritance without wisdom (Torah)? What good is wealth without understanding (Torah)?

Yahusha’s words do not teach us to neglect financial responsibility but rather challenge us to rethink our priorities and recognize that Torah is the only inheritance that leads to true life and security, both now and for eternity.

Leaving behind a legacy of Torah, righteousness, standards, and moral values is far more valuable than leaving behind material wealth alone. Wealth fades, but a foundation in YAHUAH’s Word endures for multiple generations. The real inheritance worth striving for is not silver and gold but truth, faith, righteousness, and obedience to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH).

Solomon, who had immense wealth, understood this truth well. In Ecclesiastes 2:18-19, he laments: “Thus, I hated all my labor, that I labored under the sun, that I must leave it to the man who will be after me. And who knows if he will be wise or a fool?“ This mirrors the dilemma many parents face today. How can they ensure their children steward what they leave behind wisely?

Torah as the True Inheritance

While material wealth is uncertain, Torah is an eternal inheritance that never loses value. Deuteronomy 6:6-9 commands parents to diligently teach YAHUAH’s laws to their children. Torah is the most important inheritance, one that cannot be squandered or lost.

Consider Psalm 119:72, where David declares, “The law of Thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.” This perspective shifts our priorities—rather than leaving behind riches that can be wasted, ensuring that our children walk in YAHUAH’s ways is the greater investment.

Proverbs 13:22 also states, “A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children.” Many interpret this as financial wealth, but in the greater context of Torah, the best inheritance is YAHUAH’s wisdom and righteousness, which will sustain generations.

Man shall not live by bread alone, but on every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of YAHUAH.

Yahshar’el (Israel) was given the land as an inheritance. Still, their ability to remain in it was conditional upon obedience to YAHUAH’s laws (Deuteronomy 28:1-14). This shows that an inheritance without Torah leads to destruction.

A practical approach would be:

• Prioritize teaching children Torah and righteous stewardship.
• If leaving wealth, ensure they understand its purpose and manage it wisely.
• Encourage them to see material baraka (blessings) as a tool to serve YAHUAH, not as a means to indulge in vanity.
• Teach yourself and your children economics and finance principles

2. Memorize the Ten Commandments: Help your children learn and internalize the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20), emphasizing these foundational moral laws in their daily lives.
3. Keep the Shabbat: Create a warm and joyful atmosphere for Shabbat with singing and Biblical lessons.
4. Celebrate Biblical Feasts: Observe the biblical festivals commanded in the Torah, such as Passover, Shavuot, Sukkot, etc., explaining their significance directly from the Scriptures (Leviticus 23).
5. Set an Example: Demonstrate love for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) through your own commitment to learning and ethical behavior. Children often emulate what they see.

To fully understand the significance of The Last Great Day, it’s essential to first recognize the appointed times (Feast Days) given by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH), each of which reveals His redemptive plan. These Feasts, fulfilled in part by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha’s) first coming and awaiting completion at His return, point to the ultimate fulfillment of His will for the world. Let’s first quickly review and look at these Feast Days and their prophetic meaning.

Spring Feasts – Fulfilled in Part by Yahusha’s First Coming

• Passover (Pesach) – 14th day of the first month (Aviv) – Fulfilled
  • Commemorates YAHUAH’s deliverance of Yahshar’el from Egypt and foreshadows 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) as the Passover Lamb (Exodus 12, Leviticus 23:5)

From Yahusha’s death as the Passover Lamb through to the giving of the Ruach Ha’Qodesh on Shavuot are vital parts of YAHUAH’s plan, but there is much more to be revealed and fulfilled. The fall feasts, including the Feast of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, and the Feast of Tabernacles, point to Yahusha’s return, the final judgment, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) dwelling with His people forever. All of this is concluded with The Last Great Day as the grand finale of YAHUAH’s appointed times, a day that signifies both completion and the promise of something new.

• Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah) – 1st day of the seventh month (Ethanim)
  • A day of blowing trumpets, calling for repentance, and warning of judgment (Leviticus 23:23-25).
  • To be fulfilled in Yahusha’s return as King, as trumpets signal His coming (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Matthew 24:31). This Feast marks a time of awakening, restoration of Yahshar’el, repentance, and preparation for final judgment.

The seven appointed Feast Days of YAHUAH outline His plan for redemption and restoration. Each Feast has been partially fulfilled, with some awaiting their final completion. These Feasts serve as prophetic shadows, pointing to things to come, with multiple layers of fulfillment. While the enemy, Satan, seeks to distort and replace YAHUAH’s timeline with confusion, YAHUAH’s appointed times remain clear to those who seek the truth.

YAHUAH’s Feast Days are more than just ancient observances—they are His appointed times, revealing His redemptive plan from beginning to eternity. Each Feast tells the history of Yahshar’el, foreshadows future events, and points to salvation through Yahusha. Sadly, many have disregarded these divine appointments, replacing them with man-made traditions that lack prophetic insight. This is why many are confused about end-time prophecy: they overlook the very calendar YAHUAH established to guide His people.

The seven Feast Days represent completion, and the eighth day, or The Great Day, signifies a new beginning—moving from temporary dwelling to eternal life in YAHUAH’s presence. Just as Yahshar’el transitioned from the wilderness to the Promised Land, so will YAHUAH’s people move from this earth through judgment into a new heaven and new earth. This is the fulfillment we will explore today.

What is The Last Great Day?

The Feast of Tabernacles concludes with the eighth day, often referred to as “The Last Great Day.” This title, “The Last Great Day,” comes from John 7:37, where John says that Yahusha spoke on “the great day, which is the last of the feast.” John was pointing out that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) spoke on the eighth day at the Kodesh assembly, which followed the seven days of Sukkot (Leviticus 23:36). While the exact phrase “The Last Great Day” isn’t found in Scripture, it’s still commonly used to refer to this special day. More biblically accurate, though, would be “The Great Day,” as it’s called in John 7:37.

This day highlights the final stage of YAHUAH’s plan, pointing to judgment, renewal, and eternal life with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH). The eighth day not only concludes the seven days of Sukkot but also the entire cycle of the seven Set Apart Feast Days of YAHUAH, setting the stage for something new.

37. Now on the great day, which is the last of the feast, Yahusha was standing and He cried out and said, If a man thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.
38. Anyone who believes in me as the scriptures have said, rivers of living water will flow from his belly.
39. But He said this concerning the Ruach, whom the ones believing into Him were about to receive; for the Ruach Ha’Kodesh was not yet given, because Yahshua was not yet glorified.

Man Made Tradition vs Yahusha’s Proclamation

Tradition/Ritual

The Talmud (Jewish oral traditions and teachings) describes a ritual performed during the Feast of Tabernacles, where the priests draw water from the Pool of Siloam and pour it onto the altar in the Temple in Jerusalem. This ceremony was part of the “Water-Drawing Festival” (Simchat Beit HaShoeva), which took place each day of Sukkot. The water was poured as a prayer for rain and a reminder of YAHUAH’s provision of water during the Israelites’ journey in the desert. It also symbolized the hope for future spiritual renewal (Sukkah 4:9).

Yahusha’s Proclamation

On The Last Great Day, Yahusha stands in the midst of the people, using the water-pouring ceremony—a tradition not commanded by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH)—to shift their focus from empty ritual to the profound truth that He is the Living Water. For seven days of Sukkot, the people poured water in joyful celebration, symbolizing YAHUAH’s provision of rain and the promise of the Ruach Ha’Kodesh’s outpouring. But on the eighth day, the water pouring ceased. It was then, in this sacred moment of silence, that Yahusha boldly proclaimed, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink!”

He revealed that the deep longing for rain and the Spirit’s outpouring had always pointed to Him as the true, eternal Source of life. The waters poured out in the ceremony were only a shadow of what Ezekiel saw—a river flowing from the Temple, bringing healing to the nations (Ezekiel 47:1-12). They echoed Zechariah’s vision of living waters flowing from Jerusalem in the last days (Zechariah 14:8). Yet, standing before them was 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha)—the fulfillment of these prophecies—offering not just a temporary outpouring, but an eternal wellspring of life.

The Last Great Day is more than a closing ceremony; it is YAHUAH’s final call before judgment—His last invitation to come and drink before the door is shut. In Yahusha, the rivers of salvation are opened, and those who receive His Ruach are transformed and prepared for the restoration of Yahshar’el and the world. To reject Him is to remain in thirst; to come to Him is to drink from the waters of eternal life. This is the invitation. This is the moment. Come and drink.

And it shall be in that day, living waters shall go out from Jerusalem, half of them shall go toward the eastern sea, and half of them toward the western sea; in summer and in winter it shall be.

Prophetic Glimpse

Following the seven days of Sukkot, this eighth day invites reflection on the ultimate fulfillment of YAHUAH’s plan for humanity. Revelation 20:11-12 offers a prophetic glimpse of this future:

“And I saw a Great White Throne, and the One sitting on it… And I saw the dead, the small and the great, standing before YAHUAH. And books were opened. And another Book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged out of the things written in the books, according to their works.”

This day foreshadows the final judgment and the promise of eternal life in the new heavens and earth. As the final appointed time of the biblical year, it marks the culmination of YAHUAH’s redemptive plan for humanity’s salvation and restoration. The Great White Throne judgment represents the end of the earth’s temporary nature and the beginning of the eternal reign of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH). In this new reality, there will be no more pain, death, or sorrow—only the fullness of His presence.

As we anticipate the new heavens and new earth, we are reminded that the pain and suffering of this present age are temporary. The promise of eternal life and the fullness of YAHUAH’s presence gives us hope and strength in the here and now.”

Prophetic Fulfillment of The Last Great Day

The Last Great Day represents the final judgment and the new beginning. Revelation 21:1-4 describes this fulfillment:

“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away… And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) Himself shall be with them and be their Elohim. And He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, nor mourning, nor crying, nor pain, for the former things have passed away.“

This appointed time is YAHUAH’s grand finale—His completion of His work of redemption. Those written in the Book of Life will enter into eternity with Him, while those who reject Him will face the second death (Revelation 20:14-15).

Conclusion

The Last Great Day is not just the conclusion of the Feast of Tabernacles—it is the climax of YAHUAH’s entire redemption plan. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha’s) invitation to drink from the living water reminds us that only in Him can we find true fulfillment. Sukkot: A Celebration of Joy and Restoration Continued:

Sukkot, also known as the Feast of Tabernacles, is one of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH’s) appointed times, marking a Qodesh (set apart/holy) feast day for His people, Yahshar’el. The Feast of Tabernacles is kept from the fifteenth day of the seventh month, which extends for seven days and concludes with the Eighth Day, Shemini Atzeret, symbolizing the fulfillment of YAHUAH’s eternal plan. This joyous Feast, deeply rooted in scripture, calls Yahshar’el (Israel) to reconnect with the deeper meaning of YAHUAH’s instructions, as seen in the recommitment of His people in Nehemiah 8-10.

Part one explored the foundation and significance of Sukkot, highlighting YAHUAH’s provision, protection, and restoration promised to Yahshar’el and the grafted-in branches. As we move forward, we’ll uncover the deeper prophetic layers of Sukkot, its fulfillment through 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) Messiah, and its role in YAHUAH’s Master Plan for redemption. Additionally, we’ll discuss how we can honor this Qodesh Feast today through practical observance and by rejecting syncretism, ultimately leading to a greater understanding of YAHUAH’s eternal purpose.

The Prophetic Restoration of Yahshar’el Through Ingathering

The Feast of Tabernacles, at its core, is a prophetic reminder of the ultimate ingathering of YAHUAH’s people from the four corners of the earth. Scripture repeatedly emphasizes YAHUAH’s plan to regather and restore all twelve tribes of Yahshar’el. This exodus will be a time of physical and spiritual renewal, as described in Ezekiel 36:24-28: “For I will take you from the nations and gather you out of all the lands and bring you into your land. Then I will sprinkle pure waters on you, and you shall be purified… I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you… You shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers. And you shall be a people to Me, and I will be Elohim to you.“

The Renewal of Yahshar’el

This restoration points to the eventual return of Yahshar’el to their ancestral land, a profound spiritual rebirth, and a renewed covenant with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH). Ezekiel 37:21-22 underscores this promise: “Say to them, ‘Thus says the Sovereign YAHUAH: Surely I will take the children of Yahshar’el from among the nations, wherever they have gone, and will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land. And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Yahshar’el; and one king shall be king over them all; they shall no longer be two nations, nor shall they ever be divided into two kingdoms again.'”

Yahshar’el’s Identity and Restoration

Yahshar’el’s restoration will be a multi-faceted event that encompasses both the restoration of the identity of Yahshar’el ( Jeremiah 24:7, Zechariah 10:9) and the return to the physical land of Israel. Baruch 2:30-33 gives a glimpse of what this would look like. This prophetic gathering, highlighted during the Sukkot gatherings in booths, marks a pivotal moment in the future when Yahshar’el will be fully restored, united, and established in the land that YAHUAH promised them.

30 For I knew that they would not hear Me, because they are a stiff-necked people; but in the land of their captivities they shall come to themselves,

31 and shall know that I am YAHUAH their El. For I will give them a heart, and ears to hear;

The Millennial Reign and the Fulfillment of Prophecies

Yahshar’el’s restoration culminates during Yahusha’s millennial reign, a time of peace, prosperity, and unity for all Yahshar’el and the nations that choose YAHUAH’s way. During this time, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) will establish a global government based on YAHUAH’s Torah, and nations will be expected to submit to His reign. Peace is promised to those who willingly follow YAHUAH’s ways.

This period, often called the “Kingdom of Yahusha,” will be a time of perfect justice and righteousness. Yahusha will reign from Jerusalem, and YAHUAH’s presence will be felt throughout the earth. The prophetic restoration of Yahshar’el and Torah law will see the fulfillment of prophecies, such as those in Isaiah 2:2-4 and Micah 4:1-3, where all nations acknowledge YAHUAH’s sovereignty and come to worship in Jerusalem:

“Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of YAHUAH shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and peoples shall flow to it. Many nations shall come and say, ‘Come, and let us go up to the mountain of YAHUAH, to the house of the Elohim of Ya’acob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths.’ For out of Zion the Torah shall go forth, and the word of YAHUAH from Jerusalem.” — Isaiah 2:2-3

The Feast of Tabernacles and Everlasting Command

Zechariah 14:16-19 further reveals that during this time, all nations will be required to observe the Feast of Tabernacles, and those who do not will face judgment. This universal observance will serve as a sign of YAHUAH’s complete reign over all creation:

“And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, YAHUAH of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. And it shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, YAHUAH of hosts, on them there will be no rain. If the family of Egypt will not come up and enter in, they shall have no rain; they shall receive the plague with which YAHUAH strikes the nations who do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.“

This highlights the global significance of the Feast of Tabernacles in the Millennial Reign, where all nations will bow down, worship 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and keep this Qodesh feast year after year for 1,000 years. As mentioned in Ezekiel 46:1-3 and Isaiah 66:22-23, these everlasting commands also extend to the other Feast Days (Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, Shavuot, Yom Teruah, Yom Kippur), the Shabbat, and New Moons. Sukkot, like YAHUAH’s other appointed times, was commanded for the past, present, and future.

Honoring YAHUAH’s Feasts Today

The beautiful truth is that YAHUAH has graciously invited us to begin honoring His feasts today. By observing them now, we align ourselves with His eternal plan and prepare for the joy and restoration promised in the coming Kingdom.

Honor This Qodesh Feast

The Call to Embrace the Feast Today

While the ultimate fulfillment of these prophetic events is still ahead, we are called to participate in this divine restoration today. Just as the ancient Yahshar’elites were commanded to observe Sukkot, we are also commanded to keep this Feast. Observing Sukkot is not just about looking forward to the future but about recognizing the spiritual significance it holds for us right now.

In the Book of Revelation, we see a glimpse of what that final restoration will look like. Revelation 21:3 declares: “And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, ‘Behold, the tabernacle of Elohim is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. Elohim Himself will be with them and be their Elohim.'”

This verse points to the future reality when YAHUAH will truly tabernacle with His people. Yet, even today, we are called to “tabernacle” with Him in our hearts. Sukkot is a reminder that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 desires to dwell with His people, and this is a promise that is fulfilled not only at the return of Messiah but also in our daily lives as we walk with Him in faith and obedience.

As we celebrate Sukkot, we are encouraged to build “booths” in our hearts—a spiritual shelter where we can seek refuge and find joy in YAHUAH’s presence.

How to Aligning with the Feast of Sukkot Practically

To fully honor the Feast of Tabernacles, we must shed the layers of tradition and return to the Word of YAHUAH. Here’s how:

1. Build Temporary Shelters (Sukkah or Booths):
   • Leviticus 23:42-43 commands YAHUAH’s people to dwell in booths (sukkahs) for seven days as a reminder of Yahshar’el’s journey through the wilderness and YAHUAH’s provision
   • Construct a temporary structure using natural materials like branches or wood. Tents, campers, or other temporary dwellings fulfill this command for modern observance as well.
   • Spend time in the sukkah eating, reading scripture, praying, or even sleeping to reflect on YAHUAH’s protection and provision.
   • These temporary shelters are symbols of our dependence on YAHUAH, our acknowledgment of His provision, and our anticipation of the day when He will once again tabernacle with us, His people on earth.
2. Observances of the Feast Day:
   • Holy Convocations – Treat the first day and the eighth day (often called Shemini Atzeret or the Last Great Day) as Sabbaths (High Shabbats). This means refraining from ordinary work and dedicating the time to worship and assembly (Leviticus 23:35-36).
   • Work is permitted on days 2-7, as they are NOT High Sabbaths.
   • Assemble with Yahshar’el or like-minded believers to worship, study YAHUAH’s Word, and rejoice together.
   • Cooking is allowed on all days of this Feast except the day of the weekly Sabbath.
   • Refrain from self-seeking pleasure.
3. Rejoice Before YAHUAH:
   • Deuteronomy 16:14-15 emphasizes the joy of Sukkot, a time to rejoice in YAHUAH’s berakah (blessing) with family, strangers, and the needy.
   • Reflect on YAHUAH’s provision and express gratitude through song, dance, praise, sharing meals, fellowship, and scripture readings to honor the joyous spirit of the Feast.
4. Rejoicing with Fruit, Branches, and Worship:
   • Leviticus 23:40 commands taking the fruit of beautiful trees, palm branches, boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook to rejoice before YAHUAH for seven days. This is a tangible way to honor YAHUAH’s faithfulness and provision for Yahshar’el. This practice commemorated how YAHUAH provided for His people during their journey in the wilderness, sustaining them with food, water, shelter, and protection.
     • Gather these elements (or their modern equivalents) to celebrate.
     • Wave them in worship to YAHUAH as a sign of joy and thanksgiving.
     • Combine this wave-type offering with praise, songs, and heartfelt gratitude for His provision and faithfulness.
5. Study and Reflect on Scripture:
   • Delve deeper into YAHUAH’s Word, dedicating extra time to prayer and studying scripture.
   • Study particularly passages highlighting His promises of YAHUAH dwelling with His people (John 1:14; Revelation 21:3).
   • Search the words of Baruch 2:30-35 and their dual prophetic meanings.
6. Look Ahead to Prophetic Fulfillment:
   • Zechariah 14:16–19 reveals that all nations will one day observe the Feast of Tabernacles during Yahusha’s reign.
   • Revelation 21:3 declares the ultimate fulfillment when YAHUAH will dwell with His people forever.
7. Rejecting Syncretism
   • Purity of Worship: Honor Sukkot according to YAHUAH’s instructions, avoiding traditions that mix pagan or non-biblical practices.
   • Base your observance on the Torah and the example of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) Messiah.
   • Focus on YAHUAH’s Word and keep the Feast set apart (Qodesh).

Sukkot and Syncretism

Definition of Syncretism:

• The mixture or fusion of diverse religious ideas or practices from diverse sources.
• A union or attempted fusion of different religions, cultures, or philosophies.
• Merging or assimilation of several originally discrete traditions, especially in the theology and mythology of religion.

Christmas is a prime example of syncretism, which is the blending of different practices, ideas, and traditions. This syncretism includes Yule, Saturnalia, Sol Invictus, the Christian birth of Jesus, Santa Claus, Christmas trees, Elves, etc…

Syncretism in the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot)

As we have learned from the previous Shabbat and Feast lessons, syncretism has affected the truth of the Feast Days—Sukkot was not spared. I recently read an article that had me pretty upset with a Rabbi’s interpretation of Sukkot and how far he diverged from the original biblical instruction and understanding. Here is the article so you can read it. The Rabbi’s Sukkot description reflects a syncretic layering of sensual and mystical symbolism onto biblical practices—something not rooted in the Torah.

He insists that the Feast includes “the sexual symbolism of the Lulav and Etrog‘ ‘which celebrates the bounty and mystery of creation and procreation.'” Other sources agreed with the Rabbi and noted this “The lulav clearly seems phallic, particularly with its basket attached below, reminiscent of the scrotum. The etrog is clearly breast like, with its pronounced “nipple.” When our community is fragmented we are weak. But when men and women, gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender people, singles and married, young and old, all stand together – we can, as is so of the lulav and etrog, move in many directions.“

Yahshar’el’s Call to Purity in Worship

YAHUAH consistently instructs His people to maintain purity and focus in worship:

• Deuteronomy 12:30-32 warns against incorporating the practices of other nations into the worship of YAHUAH.
• Isaiah 29:13 critiques the people for honoring YAHUAH with their lips while their hearts are far from Him, following human traditions rather than His commands.

The True Meaning of the Lulav and Etrog

First, let’s clear something up. Leviticus 23:40 does command, “take to yourselves on the first day the fruit of majestic trees, palm branches, and boughs of oak trees, and willows of the valley, and shall rejoice before YAHWEH your Elohim seven days.” However, the etrog fruit is not native to Israel, and most scholars agree that the fruit would have been the pomegranate. Either way, YAHUAH never did, nor would He want people to collectively get together and worship Him with sexual intent or motive. Many pagan rituals in the ancient Near East involved sexual symbolism or acts. YAHUAH explicitly forbids His people from engaging in these practices (Leviticus 18, Deuteronomy 12:29–31).

Distortion of the Feast’s True Purpose

The sexual symbolism often attributed to the lulav and etrog during Sukkot exemplifies how external influences and reinterpretations have subtly reshaped Torah practices. This interpretation, rooted in sensual and mystical perspectives rather than scripture, distracts from the Feasts’ true purpose of remembering YAHUAH’s provision and faithfulness during the wilderness journey. Leviticus 23:39–43 commands and calls Yahshar’el to humility, reflection, and rejoicing in YAHUAH during Sukkot, not indulging in carnal or mystical practices. This reinterpretation mirrors the broader historical pattern of Esau’s influence over Yahshar’el, introducing foreign elements that distort YAHUAH’s original instructions and shift the focus from Qodesh worship to human traditions. Recognizing and resisting these layers of influence is essential to preserving the purity and intent of YAHUAH’s appointed times.

Conclusion

A Call to Sukkot

The Feast of Tabernacles is more than a historical observance; it is a profound celebration of YAHUAH’s provision, promises, and prophetic purposes. It invites Yahshar’el and all grafted-in believers to rejoice in YAHUAH’s faithfulness, reflect on His Word, and prepare for the ultimate restoration when He will dwell among His people forever. By keeping Sukkot, we do not simply commemorate the past or anticipate the future—we actively participate in the grand narrative of YAHUAH’s Master Plan.

As we dwell in booths, meditate on His Word, and celebrate the harvest of berakah (blessings), we align ourselves with YAHUAH’s covenant promises. This Qodesh Feast is a call to reject the distortions of tradition and embrace the joy, gratitude, and hope it embodies—a foretaste of the eternal Kingdom under Yahusha Messiah.

Will you honor this appointed time, as YAHUAH commands, and step into the joy of His presence? Join the prophetic celebration of Sukkot, a living reminder of YAHUAH’s enduring faithfulness and the restoration to come. Let us look forward with joyful anticipation to the day when all nations will worship before YAHUAH, and His glory will fill the earth.

Sukkot, also known as the Feast of Tabernacles, Feast of Booths, or Feast of Ingathering, is one of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH’s) appointed times, ordained as a kodesh (set apart/holy) feast day for His people Yahshar’el (Jacob/Israel). This festival begins on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, five days after the solemn Day of Atonement (Leviticus 23:34). This feast lasts seven days and concludes with an eighth day, known as Shemini Atzeret or the “Last Great Day.” Though the Eighth Day follows Sukkot, it is distinct from the seven appointed feasts and stands as a unique moed (appointed time), symbolizing the ultimate fulfillment of YAHUAH’s plan for eternity. It is a prophetic finale that might be viewed as having its own menorah stand to signify its profound and separate role, but it does not. It stands singular, signifying the closing of the age and the opening of a new eternal state.

Is Sukkot for Yahshar’el Alone?

Sukkot includes gentile grafted-in branches (Romans 11:17-24) and will consist of all nations in the future (Zechariah 14:16). Many people think or were taught that the Shabbat and the Feast days are not for them but strictly for Yahshar’el, but this is not the truth. YAHUAH expected Yahshar’el and all strangers, citizens, natives, or aliens dwelling among them to remember and keep kodesh the Shabbat and to honor His appointed Feast days (Ex. 20:10, Deut. 5:14, 16:11, 14, Lev. 16:29). The keeping of the Shabbat and Feast days by strangers who dwelled with Yahshar’el was a shadow or blueprint of what grafted-in branches (believers) are called and expected to do today.

Sukkot is far more than a historical event or a relic of the past. It is a living, prophetic celebration that calls Yahshar’el to reconnect with the deeper meaning of YAHUAH’s appointed times. In a time when so many are drifting from YAHUAH’s instructions, it’s critical to rediscover the profound significance behind Sukkot. Though Sukkot is rooted in the traditions of Yahshar’el, it’s not just about tradition. It’s about honoring the commands of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) and the divine blueprint for spiritual growth, renewal, and a closer relationship with our Creator. Yahshar’el beautifully demonstrated this realignment during the time of Nehemiah (Nehemiah 8), when they openly recommitted to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 through the Feast of Booths. By celebrating this feast and rediscovering the Torah, they were empowered to seek YAHUAH’s presence, confess their sins (Nehemiah 9), and enter into a deep covenant with Him (Nehemiah 10). So embrace this kodesh Feast and allow it to ignite a renewed passion for faith, leading to a deeper relationship with YAHUAH and an understanding of His divine plan for your life!

Sukkot Defined and its Significance

The word “Sukkot” derives from the ancient Biblical Hebrew word ‘sukkah,’ which means ‘booth‘ or ‘tabernacle‘. These booths are temporary shelters that symbolize trust in YAHUAH’s provision, protection, and faithfulness. They also represent a reliance on 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and point to His future dwelling with His people (Revelation 21:3). It was in these booths out in the wilderness that YAHUAH was faithful and provided all the needs of Yahshar’el. Not only did YAHUAH provide their physical needs, but He also manifested His presence and tabernacled with His people every day of the 40 years of wandering in the wilderness (Exodus 13:21-22, 33:9-11, 40:34-38, Numbers 9:17-23).

During the millennium reign, YAHUAH is set to remain in the Shemayim (heavens) while 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) will dwell among the people on earth in Jerusalem. Following this period, once every enemy has been conquered (as noted in Psalms 110:1-6) and even death has been defeated (as expressed in Isaiah 25:8 and 1 Corinthians 15:54-55), YAHUAH will come down to earth to dwell with Yahshar’el and the grafted-in branches. Yahshua will be at His right hand, fulfilling the divine plan laid out in Psalms 110:1 and 1 Corinthians 15:24-28. This promise signifies a profound reconciliation and unity between YAHUAH and His people, bringing about a time of ultimate restoration and peace.

24. Then is the end, when He delivers the kingdom to YAHUAH, even the Father, when He makes to cease all rule and all authority and power.

25. For it is right for Him to reign until He puts all enemies under His feet;°

26. the last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

27. For “He subjected all things under His feet;” but when He says that “all things have been subjected, it is plain that it excepts Him” (The Father) who has subjected all things to Him. °

Feast of Booths throughout the Scriptures:

The Feast of Sukkot (Feast of Booths) is deeply rooted in the Scriptures and has been kept since ancient times. Here’s how the Bible outlines it:

• Exodus 23:16, 34:22, Leviticus 23:34-43, Numbers 29:12-40, and Deuteronomy 16:13-17:
  • YAHUAH provided clear instructions for the Feast of Sukkot and how to keep it.
• Ezra 3:4 and Nehemiah 8:13-18:
  • The Yahshar’elites were faithful in observing the Feast of Sukkot throughout their history. Nehemiah 8:13-18 shows that after returning from exile, the people rediscovered the Torah and celebrated the feast with great joy or gladness. They honored YAHUAH by building booths and listening to the reading of His Word. In Ezra 3:4, we also see the return of Sukkot after the rebuilding of the altar, emphasizing the continued importance of this feast in the life of YAH’s people.
• John 7:1-2, 7:10:
  • Yahshua Himself and his disciples kept Sukkot. His participation highlights that the feast was not just for ancient Yahshar’el but remains significant for His followers today.

Sukkot: With Joy and Gladness

Simcha is the Hebrew word meaning joy, joyful, rejoice, gladness, etc. Its strong’s numbers are 8055, 8056, and 8057, with 8055 being the primitive root word for all three. It represents:

• A deep and continuous feeling of pleasantness
• A sense of moving forward and growth
• A Purpose and mission
• Anticipation of dreams, ambitions, or hopes being realized

And you shall take to yourselves on the first day the fruit of majestic trees, palm branches, and boughs of oak trees, and willows of the valley, and shall rejoice before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim seven days.

Simcha, which means joy or gladness, is different from happiness. Happiness is often fleeting and tied to our emotions; it comes and goes quickly. In contrast, simcha is enduring and long-lasting.

For example, consider a child who receives a gift from a parent. The child experiences happiness in that moment, but soon, the excitement fades, and the gift may be set aside and forgotten. However, simcha (joy) remains within that child, grounded in the knowledge that their parent’s love, protection, and care will always be there for them. YAHUAH’s promise to us, as stated in Deuteronomy 31:6 and Hebrews 13:5, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.“, should instill this same sense of simcha within us.

Therefore, the Feast of Tabernacles is a time of great rejoicing, symbolizing YAHUAH’s provision, protection, and care. As we learned earlier, YAHUAH’s provision, protection, and care were present during the wilderness journey. They are present with us here and now and will be more significant in the coming reign of Yahusha Messiah and thereafter. The joy we experience at Sukkot is not merely emotional but a deep, lasting joy rooted in our relationship with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. It is a time for us to openly share and express our Simcha and a time of worldwide Joy.

Deuteronomy 16:14-15 highlights this: “And you shall rejoice in your feast, you and your son, and your daughter, and your male slave, and your slave-girl, and the Levite, and the alien, and the fatherless, and the widow that are inside your gates. You shall keep a solemn feast seven days to YAHUAH your Elohim in the place which YAHUAH shall choose; for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim shall bless you in all your produce, and in every work of your hands, and you shall be altogether joyful.“

Sukkot and the Ingathering

The Feast of Tabernacles is also referred to as the Feast of Ingathering (Exodus 23:16; 34:22) because it coincided with the final harvest of the agricultural year: “Also the Feast of Harvest, the first fruits of your labor, of what you sow in the field. Also the Feast of Ingathering, after the going out of the year, at your gathering your work from the field” and “And you shall observe a Feast of Weeks for yourself, the first-fruits of the harvest of wheat; also the Feast of Ingathering after the turn of the year.“

This great harvest symbolizes the future gathering of YAHUAH’s people, not only the firstfruits (the early harvest) but the greater ingathering at the return of Yahusha. Jeremiah 31:1 promises this restoration: “At that time, says 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, I will be the Elohim of all the families of Israel, and they shall be My people.“

The Day of Atonement, or Yom Kippur, is one of the most profound and solemn observances in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s appointed Kodesh (set apart/holy) feast days. It is a day directly tied to repentance of sin, transgression, iniquity, and reconciliation between 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and His people, Yahshar’el, and the later grafted in believers.

Many people confuse Yom Kippur and Passover due to their shared focus on introspection and spiritual renewal. However, the Day of Atonement differs from Passover’s purpose and focus. While Passover centers on deliverance and forgiveness, Yom Kippur emphasizes reconciliation—restoring the broken relationship between 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and His people. Yom Kippur reconciliation is about bringing Yahshar’el into unity or oneness with their Creator Abba 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

This day also foreshadowed the ultimate sacrifice of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha), whose atonement as High Priest allows Yahshar’el and grafted-in branches to be reconciled with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. So, with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s sacrifice, our sins are not merely covered temporarily but removed, permanently bridging the gap between humanity and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. Together, these observances highlight a divine cycle of accountability, repentance, and restoration critical to the spiritual journey of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s people. The Day of Atonement is a cornerstone of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s plan for restoring creation, and today, we will delve into its profound truths.

“At-One-Ment” as Reconciliation

The term atonement literally means “At-one-ment” or “in harmony with.” The Encyclopedia Britannica explains that the word atonement was “developed in the English language in the 16th century by the combination of “at onement,” meaning to “set at one” or “to reconcile.” In the original Hebrew “kaphar” was the word used for atonement, meaning to cover, purge, or make peace. So, from the understanding of these words, we can see that this feast day was a process meant to restore the relationship between 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and His people. To further understand this concept, consider the following example: When a person is at odds with someone, there is a sense of disconnection or estrangement. So, if you are at odds with a person and you reconcile, you will come back into harmony or oneness with that person.

1. Day of At-one-ment: is not simply about atoning for sin in a conceptual sense, but about restoring the relationship with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. It is the day that symbolizes reconciliation, where the gap caused by sin is bridged, and the individual or the nation of Yahshar’el is once again “at one” with the Creator. Could you imagine all 12 tribes of Yahshar’el and all the grafted in branches, or better yet, all of humanity united in fasting, repentance, and reconciling with the Creator on that sacred day? What a transformative moment that would be!
2. Relationship through kaphar, Not Just Sacrifice: The Hebrew understanding of atonement is not just about giving something up or making a sacrifice; it’s about drawing closer to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. The Hebrew word for sacrifice, “korban,” comes from the root word “karav”, meaning to draw near. The purpose of the Day of Atonement is not only about repentance but restoring intimacy with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. Therefore, true repentance is not merely an acknowledgment of wrongdoing but a heartfelt return to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, fostering the closeness that sin disrupts.

Biblical Foundations of the Day of Atonement and its Requirements

The command and instructions for the Day of Atonement are clearly outlined in Leviticus 16, 23:27-32. This Kodesh day occurs on the tenth day of the seventh biblical month, a day designated for humbling oneself, fasting, and refraining from all work. It is described as a “Sabbath of rest” and a statute to be observed as a “NEVER ENDING statute throughout your generations, in all your dwellings” (Leviticus 23:31-32).

Then I called a fast there at the river Ahava, so that we might humble ourselves before our Elohim, in order to seek from Him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our goods.

Afflicting the Soul

“It is a Sabbath of rest to you, and you shall humble (afflict) your souls…(Leviticus 23:32)”. One of the key requirements for the Day of Atonement is to “weaken your bodies” or “afflict your soul.” These phrases are biblically understood to mean fasting, as evidenced in Isaiah 58:3-6 and Ezra 8:21.

Isaiah 58:6-11 further highlights the true purpose of fasting: to humble oneself, seek 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s righteousness, and align one’s life with His will. The Day of Atonement reminds Yahshar’el of the seriousness of sin and the necessity of genuine repentance to restore the covenant relationship with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

The Britannica Encyclopedia defines fasting as abstinence from food or drink or both for health, ritualistic, religious, or ethical purposes. Fasting represents humility and repentance, drawing closer to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and acknowledging our complete dependence on Him. This act of self-denial is meant to humble and focus the mind and spirit on seeking forgiveness and restoration.

Other Requirements

• Afflicting the soul/Fasting – No Eating or Drinking from sundown to sundown
• Spend time with Abba 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 in self-examination with a heart to reconcile
• No work, cooking, buying or selling
• Fellowship with other Kodesh believers if possible
• Refrain from self-seeking activities or distractions from the Kodeshness of the day
• Rest

What the Feast is Not

Rejecting Syncretism and Modern Misunderstandings

Modern Jewish traditions often associate the Day of Atonement with customs and interpretations that diverge from its biblical roots. For example, Yom Kippur has been influenced by rabbinic practices focusing on rituals and public worship rather than the heart of the observance—repentance and reconciliation. As Yahshar’elites seeking the truth of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s Word, it is vital to return to the biblical foundation of this Kodesh (set apart) day. Below are a few examples of things practiced on Yom Kippur that are not found in the Torah (Take note of how they parallel Catholic/Christian practices):

• Yizkor: Memorial prayers for the dead. These prayers are based on the belief that the souls of the dead are immortal and can benefit from the good deeds of their survivors. This idea that the dead can be aided through prayer is foreign to Scripture. (Catholics pray for the dead on All Souls’ Day, every day at Mass, Liturgy of the Hours, and Requiem Mass. Catholics also pray to dead saints, believing that the dead saints can intercede on their behalf with their god because they are close to Him.)
• Kol Nidre: A prayer that seeks to annul vows, oaths, and promises made to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 as well as future failings. These types of prayers are recited at the start of Yom Kippur. (Catholics practice dispensation from vows and indulgences.
• The Kaparot Ritual (The “Atonement” Fowl): is done on the eve of Yom Kippur. Individuals atone for their sins by swinging a chicken over their heads while reciting a ritualistic prayer that transfers their sins to the bird. The chicken is then slaughtered and traditionally given to the poor as charity. However, since the practice has become controversial due to animal welfare concerns, some have started to wave bags of money over their heads to atone for their sins and then give the money away. (Catholics practice Confession, Absolution, and indulgences.

The heritage given to Yahshar’el by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is rich, complete, and sufficient, as revealed in His Torah. Yet, over time, many people (tares) have felt the need to add their own interpretations, customs, or innovations, which has led to confusion and distortion of the original intent. There is a reason for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commanding humanity not to change His word (Deuteronomy 4:2; Revelation 22:18-19). It keeps the focus on His pure and unaltered teachings rather than getting swept up in manufactured traditions that divert from the truth, like Christmas, Easter, Ash Wednesday, Halloween, and even Thanksgiving.

Prophetic Fulfillment

The observance of Yom Kippur is rich with prophetic significance, particularly in the command involving two goats described in Leviticus 16. These two goats collectively illustrate two critical aspects of atonement that find their ultimate fulfillment in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) Ha’Mashiach:

1. The Sin Offering: The first goat is sacrificed, symbolizing 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s death for the forgiveness of sins. This goat represents the necessity of a pure and sinless sacrifice to atone for the transgressions of Yahshar’el (Leviticus 16:15-16; Isaiah 53:10).
2. The Scapegoat (Azazel): The second goat, upon which the people’s sins are symbolically placed, is sent into the wilderness. This act signifies the removal of sin and its consequences from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s people (Leviticus 16:21-22). 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) is the representation of bearing away the sins of His people through His life and resurrection (Romans 5:10), embodying the ultimate scapegoat described in Leviticus 16.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s (Yahusha) sacrifice fulfills the two goat ritual of the Day of Atonement. As the sin offering, He took upon Himself the penalty for sin (Romans 5:8-9). As the High Priest, He entered the heavenly tabernacle to intercede for His people (Hebrews 9:11-14). His resurrection signifies the removal of sin and the promise of eternal life, completing the work the two goats symbolized.

The trial of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) before Pilate (John 18:38-40) offers a striking parallel to the two goats of Yom Kippur. The crowd chose Barabbas (“son of the father”) to go free over 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏, the true Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. Barabbas represents humanity’s rebellion, while 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 represents the ultimate atoning sacrifice. This choice underscores the spiritual significance of Yom Kippur: the need to choose reconciliation with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 through 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏.

Reconciliation of Yahshar’el and the Nations

Leviticus 16:34 emphasizes that the Day of Atonement is “a never ending statute to atone for the sons of Yahshar’el, because of all their sins, once a year.” This points to Yahshar’el’s unique role in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s plan, but it also foreshadows the inclusion of the nations in this reconciliation through 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha). Romans 5:10, Ephesians 2:14-17, Colossians 1:19-22, and John 3:16 highlight that through 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s life and sacrifice, both Yahshar’el and the nations as grafted in branches can be reconciled to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

The Final Judgment

The Day of Atonement prophetically aligns with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s (Yahusha) role as Judge and King. When He returns, He will finalize the work of atonement by separating the righteous (sheep) from the wicked (goats) and establishing 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s Kingdom on earth (Matthew 25:31-46). The Azazel goat’s removal into the wilderness symbolizes the ultimate removal of sin and its consequences.

By rejecting modern misunderstandings and returning to the biblical Torah-based foundations of Yom Kippur, we honor 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s appointed times and prepare our hearts for the ultimate fulfillment of His plan. The Day of Atonement is not just a historical observance but a prophetic glimpse into the restoration of all creation through 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 our Messiah. Let us, as Yahshar’el and grafted-in branches, heed the call to humility, repentance, and reconciliation, keeping this day holy as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has commanded.

So use the 24 hours (sunset to sunset) of Yom Kippur and honestly look in the mirror, reflecting on your relationship with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. This is a time to examine your life, seek forgiveness, and reconcile not just with Him, but with those around you. As we prepare for the return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) and the ultimate restoration of all things, let us commit to being at one with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, allowing His mercy and grace to wash over us, and truly embrace the depth of reconciliation He offers through His Son.

Yom Teruah, also known as the Feast of Trumpets or the Feast of Clamoring, must be observed as commanded in Leviticus 23:23-25 on the first day of the 7th month (Ethanim – 1 Kings 8:2).

It Is From This Ceremony That the Feast of Trumpets Draws Its Name!

And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 spoke to Moses, saying, Speak to the sons of Yahshar’el, saying, In the seventh month, on the first of the month, a Holy Day Sabbath shall be to you, a memorial acclamation of the resounding of TRUMPETS, a holy gathering. You shall do no laborious work and you shall bring a fire offering to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

The Feast of Trumpets initiates the final events and feast days in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s plan. It also marks a time of introspection and preparation. It serves as a wake-up call for us to examine our lives, repent, and return to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 while leading up to Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.

What the Feast is Not

The Feast of Trumpets should never be celebrated or referred to as Rosh Hashanah (beginning of the year or head of the year), as the Jewish do, which is a form of syncretism. Rosh Hashanah, over time, changed the focus from a solemn day of repentance, trumpet blasts, and anticipation of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 or Yahshua) return to a celebratory day. A day in which they celebrate a false New Year, false head of month (see note below), and disregard the prophetic return 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏, whom they reject.

Comparison of the Two:

• Yom Teruah: In the Bible, the first day of the seventh month (Ethanim) is the Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah), a biblical Holy Day mentioned in Leviticus 23:23-25 and Numbers 29:1. It is a day of shofar blasts, a call for repentance, remembrance, and a prophetic symbol of the future return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 Ha-Mashiach. The day marks the start of introspection and preparation leading up to Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.

• Rosh Hashanah: Over time, Jewish rabbinical tradition developed Rosh Hashanah as the Jewish New Year and associated it with the same day (the first day of the seventh month). This adaptation of the day gradually shifted its focus from the biblical call to repentance and prophetic meanings to a more commemorative and reflective observance. It became a time to celebrate the world’s creation and new year, to reflect on one’s deeds over the past year, and to pray for a good new year.

Prophetic Significance of the Feast of Trumpets in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s Plan

The Feast of Trumpets is much more than a historical or ceremonial observance; it is deeply connected to the unfolding of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s ultimate plan for humanity. You can see this in the intricacy of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s choosing of the month. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 could have chosen any month, but He chose the seventh to underline the perfection of His timing and the elegance of His symbolism, with the Feast of Trumpets mirroring the seven trumpet blasts of Revelations. The number seven represents perfection and completion in Scripture, making this feast even more significant in the unfolding of His redemptive plan.

The Feast of Trumpets not only serves as a call to repentance and introspection but also carries deep prophetic meaning, pointing forward to the ultimate gathering of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s people at the end of the age, when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 returns to establish the Kingdom of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (1 Corinthians 15:24-28, Matthew 6:10, John 5:19-23, Revelation 11:15).

Additionally, the Feast of Trumpets foreshadows the terrible tribulation that will precede 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s return—a time of unprecedented upheaval marking the final stages of humanity’s redemption. It is essential to understand that both Yahshar’el and the grafted-in branches will still be present on earth during this time of great tribulation. Contrary to popular belief within Christianity, there is NO pre-tribulation rapture mentioned in Scripture. This doctrine is a deception that distorts the true teachings of the Word. Rapture theology falsely claims believers will be spared from the tribulation and that the Mark of the Beast will come after the supposed rapture. Unfortunately, this false belief has already deceived many. It will undoubtedly lead many more to think they will escape hardship, leaving them unprepared and vulnerable to receiving the Mark of the Beast.

Meanings of the Trumpets

(Tribulation, Return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏, and Gathering of the Elect)

Trumpets were sounded to:

• Announce 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s festivals (Numbers 10:10, Leviticus 23:24, 2 Chronicles 5:12)
• Call His people to assembly (Numbers 10:2-3, 4-7, Leviticus 25:9), and proclaim the reign of a new king (1 Kings 1:34-39, 2 Samuel 15:10).
• Alarm, Warn, Invade (Jeremiah 4:19-21, Joel 2:1, Joshua 6:4-5).

The piercing blast of the trumpet struck fear in ancient Yahshar’el, signaling the urgency and danger of approaching conflict. The Feast of Trumpets is a crucial biblical observance tied to prophetic trumpet blasts that mark the beginning of the final events.

Blow a ram’s horn in Zion, and shout an alarm in My holy mountain. Let all those living in the land tremble. For the day of YAHWEH approaches; it is near.

The Tribulation (The Time of Trouble):

• The Tribulation is a time of intense hardship, persecution, and divine judgment leading up to the return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏. It will be a period marked by suffering, deceit, and the rise of the Anti-Mashiach (Antichrist). 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commanding the Feast of Trumpets to be celebrated in the seventh month shows His prophetic foreshadowing of the seven trumpet judgments in the Book of Revelation, which signal the outpouring of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s wrath on the earth. These seven trumpet blasts announce the end of this age and the final judgment, calling attention to the rise of global turmoil and the culmination of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s return. The trumpets are both warnings of coming judgment and a call for repentance, echoing the urgency of the Feast of Trumpets as a day for the people of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 to prepare for His coming and the tribulation that precedes it.
  • Matthew 24:21-22 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 warns of a time of tribulation “such as has not happened from the beginning of the world until now, no, nor ever will be.”
  • Revelation 8:6-9:21 describes the seven trumpet judgments that are released upon the earth. Each trumpet blast signals a specific judgment or event that causes turmoil and devastation. These trumpet judgments mark the intensifying of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s wrath and the worsening of the tribulation.

The tribulation is a period where 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s people are tested, and the nations face the consequences of their rejection of Him and His People Yahshar’el (Jeremiah 46-51).

The Return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Second Coming):

• 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s Return happens after the tribulation and will announced by the trumpet blast. The return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 is both a judgment and a gathering of His people.
  • Matthew 24:30-31 – “And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the heavens. And then all the tribes of the land will wail. And they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of Heaven with power and much glory. And He will send His cherubs with a great sound of a large trumpet, and they will gather His chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.“
  • 1 Corinthians 15:52 – “In a moment, in the blinking of an eye, at the last trumpet; for a trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall all be changed.“
  • Revelation 11:15 – “And the seventh cherub trumpeted. And there were great rumblings of thunder saying, The kingdoms of this world have become our Elohim’s, even of His Messiah; and He shall reign forever and ever.“

The seventh trumpet (the last trumpet) marks the ultimate victory of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 and the establishment of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s Kingdom on Earth. The trumpet sound at His return is the signal for the gathering of the elect and the commencement of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s reign.

The Gathering of the Elect:

• The gathering of the elect (Yahshar’el Deut 7:6, Isaiah 45:4 and Grafted-in wildbranches Romans 11:17-24) is when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 returns and calls His people to Himself. This follows the trumpets’ announcement of His arrival and is linked directly to the trumpet sound in scripture.
  • Matthew 24:31 speaks of the angels gathering the elect after the trumpet sounds: “And He will send His cherubs with a great sound of a large trumpet, and they will gather His chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.”
  • 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 – “Because the Master Himself shall come down from Heaven with a commanding shout of an archangel’s voice, and with the trumpet of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. And the dead in Messiah will rise again first. Then we who remain alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet with our Master in the air. And so we will always be with our Master.”

The trumpet that sounds at the return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 signals the resurrection of the dead and the gathering of His people from all corners of the earth. This is the moment when the faithful are redeemed, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s Kingdom is established.

What to Do on Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets):

• Rest and Worship: As a High Shabbat, no regular work is permitted on this day. It is a day of rest and sacred observance, where Yahshar’el and Grafted-in believers are called to cease from their usual labor and dedicate the day to spiritual reflection and worship.
• Holy Gathering: It is a time to gather with fellow believers for fellowship and worship, aligning with the biblical call for a “holy convocation” (Leviticus 23:24).
• Blowing of the Trumpets: The sound of the shofar (ram’s horn) plays a central role in Yom Teruah. It is a symbol of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s call to His people to gather together, to reflect on their lives, repent, and prepare spiritually for the coming judgment and redemption. The trumpets also have eschatological significance, pointing to the future gathering of the faithful at the return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 and the resurrection of the dead, as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 15:52.
• Feasting and Cooking: Cooking is allowed on the Feast of Trumpets.
• Introspection and Repentance

Conclusion

The trumpets throughout the prophetic timeline are signals of judgment, victory, and gathering, each marking significant moments in the unfolding of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s redemptive plan, leading to the return of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 and the restoration of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s Kingdom.

The Fourth Feast Day

Shavuot, Pentecost, or the Feast of Weeks (High Shabbat)

Shavuot must be observed by counting 50 days from the first weekly Shabbat after Passover, during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The first day of this count, as we learned last week, is the Feast of Firstfruits. These fifty days will total seven complete Shabbat days, which is significant as seven represents completeness. The Torah does not specify or provide a fixed date for Shavuot, making it a moveable feast, which occurs according to the fifty-day count it’s tied to, as explained above.

Shavuot, also known as Pentecost in modern Christian tradition, commemorates the outpouring of the Ruach Ha’Kodesh (Holy Spirit) as recorded in Acts 2. The name ‘Pentecost’ comes from the Greek word pentekoste, meaning ‘fiftieth,’ referring to the fifty-day count leading to Shavuot. While Christians commonly associate this day with the Ruach Ha’Kodesh’s descent on the disciples, Shavuot also has deep roots in the Hebrew Scriptures, linked to the giving of the commands and the establishment of the covenant between 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and His people at Mount Sinai.

Shavuot will, however, always fall in the month of Sivan, the third Hebrew month. It will always be on a Sunday (the first day of the week), as the day after the first weekly Shabbat (the seventh day) after the Passover is a Sunday. Seven Shabbats and fifty days later will always fall on a Sunday. The fifth-day count will sometimes fall on the sixth day of Sivan, but it’s not fixed to the sixth of Sivan as the rabbinical priesthood of old and modern Jew-ish people believe (Rev 2:9, 3:9).

Counting to Shavuot

Why are we counting from one feast day to another feast day?

There is a connection between the Feast of Firstfruits and the Feast of Weeks (Shavuot), highlighted by their offerings. Both feasts are tied to the agricultural harvest and mark significant points in that cycle. One marks the beginning, and the other the completion.

• The Feast of Firstfruits offers the first of the harvest to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (Leviticus 23:10-11), acknowledging His provision and sovereignty over the land or giving back the first and best of what you have received. This is done by waving raw, beaten barley sheaves before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.
• The Feast of Weeks marks the completion of the harvest. It is a time of thanksgiving for the fullness of the harvest reaped (Leviticus 23:17). This is displayed by waving two baked loaves of leavened bread before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

As we progress in this study, you will see the significance of Shavuot blossom, but let me quickly highlight a few key points. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 fulfilled the symbolism of the Old Testament wave-sheaf offering, becoming the firstfruits of the harvest, the first resurrected Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and the first to complete the process of salvation and be “born again.” However, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 could not have become the captain of our salvation without possessing an essential ingredient—the Ruach Ha’Kodesh (Holy Spirit)—which is necessary for all who are to be born again.

The second, or final, step—symbolized by the Feast of Weeks (Shavuot)—marks the completion of the harvest. The two loaves of leavened bread represent the fullness of the harvest. It’s important to note that even after the salvation harvest is marked, sin remains within humanity. Nevertheless, this does not negate the offering; rather, it points to the ongoing process of sanctification. The presence of leaven in the two loaves mirrors the reality that the people of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄—Yahshar’el and Gentiles grafted in as wild branches—though redeemed, are still in the process of transformation. Note: Gentiles being “grafted in” (Romans 11:17) are now a part of the same covenant.

Ultimately, the time between Firstfruits and Shavuot (the 50 days) is not just a countdown to a festival but a spiritual process. It’s a cycle that mirrors the believer’s walk—from the initial offering of the firstfruits of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s sacrifice to the completion of that work through the outpouring of the Ruach Ha’Kodesh at Shavuot. This outpouring provided the missing essential ingredient that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 had and promised to give to us—empowering us to live in obedience to the laws and commandments of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. The power to fulfill the Torah was made available to all believers.

Though Yahshar’el was not able to observe the agricultural feast days in the wilderness, due to not yet possessing the Promised Land, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 still orchestrated His plan through the timing of His Feast Days, pointing toward future events in His redemptive plan. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 operates in cycles, with each feast serving as a reminder and pattern that reveals His ultimate purpose. The events of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s death and resurrection, aligning with Passover, Unleavened Bread, and Firstfruits, are not random but are part of the divine plan that reflects the hand of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

Similarly, the connection between the first Shavuot, when the commandments and covenant were given, and the Shavuot after 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏‘s resurrection, when the covenant was renewed, and the Ruach Ha’Kodesh (Set Apart Spirit) was poured out, demonstrates how 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 works through revelation and restoration. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 used the same cycle, but through 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 as the Passover Lamb, He allowed Yahshar’el and the wild grafted-in branches (Romans 11:17) to renew the covenant, with the addition of the promised Ruach Ha’Kodesh (John 14:15-17, John 15:26), empowering us to live in obedience to His ways, laws, commandments, precepts, and Torah. Though we have received this empowerment, we have yet to experience the full realization of the prophecy in which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 will write His laws on our hearts and minds (Jeremiah 31:33-34). We eagerly await that ultimate fulfillment.

Scriptures

• Leviticus 23:9-22 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commands the Shavuot (Feast of Weeks or Feast of First Fruits) and provides specific instructions.
• Acts 2:1-5 – After Yahshua’s death, burial, and resurrection. His closest followers, Peter, the other Apostles, and many others numbering around 120, kept the Shabbat and Shavuot (Pentecost).
• Acts 20:16 – Paul kept the day of Shavuot (Pentecost).
• Joel 2:28-32 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 promises to pour out His Spirit, connecting this promise to the event in Acts 2.
• John 7:37-39, 14:15-17 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 promises the coming of the Spirit, linking the giving of the Spirit to Shavuot.

Conclusion

On Shavuot, we celebrate not only the harvest, the commandments, and the covenant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 made with His people (Exodus 19:1-6, 20:1-17), but also the profound outpouring of His Spirit upon humanity. Just as Yahshar’el received the laws that would guide their lives and establish their covenant with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, the disciples were likewise empowered by the Ruach Ha’Kodesh to spread the message of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 and live in obedience to His laws. This parallel underscores 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s desire to dwell within His people, offering both the guidance of His commandments and the transformative power of His Spirit. In essence, Shavuot is a pivotal moment in salvation history, where the promises of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏, the keeping of the covenant, and obedience to the law through the Ruach Ha’Kodesh converge.

Sabbath

The Shabbat day or Sabbath is the seventh day of the week that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 Baruch (blessed) and made Qodesh, meaning He sanctified it, set it apart, or made it Holy.

The Sabbath was NOT created on Mount Sinai when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 provided the commandments to the Yahshar’elites (Israelites). Shabbat day was made and designated during creation week (Genesis 2:2-3), meaning it was there from OUR beginning. The Sabbath serves as the signature of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and establishes a reminder to all of creation that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is its author and creator and not creation itself. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s signature emphasizes its significance as a personal mark on creation and His authority. Just as a signature indicates ownership and completion, the Sabbath signifies 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s creative work and His relationship with his creation. The Shabbat serves as a weekly reminder of the divine act of creation and keeps our minds from wandering off to strange ideas. Ideas like the Big Bang theory (nothing+nothing=somthing), evolution, aliens placing us on Earth, thinking of ourselves as gods that created ourselves, etc.

And the sons of Israel shall guard the Sabbath, to observe and do the Sabbath for their generations; it is a never ending covenant.

For those who think or have been taught, the Sabbath was done away with. It is clear from Scripture that the Sabbath is not done away with. In fact:

• The Sabbath was instituted at creation (Genesis 2:2-3) and is part of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s divine order.
• 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) affirmed the Sabbath (Matthew 12:8, Mark 2:27-28) and did not abolish it (Matthew 5:17).
• After what many deemed as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 fulfilling the law and the Sabbath in Matthew 5:17 and 11:28-30. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 actively observed the Sabbath and used it as an opportunity to teach, heal, and demonstrate the true purpose of the law; to Baruch people, not to burden them. The Shabbat rest day is not a burden. If He fulfilled it, why would He continue to observe the Sabbath consistently?
  • Matthew 12:9-14 — Healing on the Sabbath in the synagogue.
  • Mark 1:21 — Teaching in the synagogue on the Sabbath.
  • Mark 3:1-6 — Healing a man with a withered hand on the Sabbath.
  • Luke 13:10-17 — Teaching and healing on the Sabbath, with a rebuke of the synagogue ruler.
• In the end times, the Sabbath will still be observed (Matthew 24:20).
• The Sabbath rest remains for Yahshar’el and the wild branches (Hebrews 4:9).
• The Sabbath will continue in the New Heavens and Earth (Isaiah 66:22-23).

The Sabbath is a covenant sign (Exodus 31:16-17) and is meant to be a Baruch, not a burden. The idea that it was “done away with” is not biblical. Instead, the Sabbath is a timeless command. A day to rest, to worship, and to remember the Creator.

Scriptures

• Genesis 2:2-3 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 blessed the 7th day and made it Qodesh (Holy) and He rested. The Hebrew word for “rest or rested’ is “Shabbat”.
• Exodus 20:8-11 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commands Yahshar’el to Remember the Shabbat and to keep it Qodesh (set apart or holy).
• Exodus 31:16 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commands Yahshar’el to GUARD the Shabbat.
• Isaiah 58:13-14 – Refrain from personal entertainment and self-motivated pleasure-seeking on the Sabbath
• Luke 4:16-30 Mark 1:21, Mark 6:2, Luke 6:6-11, Luke 13:10-16, Luke 14:1-5 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 observed the Shabbat day as was his custom.

• Acts 18:5-11 – Acts also gives us a time frame covering one year and six months, totaling 78 weeks, equaling 77 or 78 Shabbats. Shaul and the disciples with him observed every one of those 77-78 Shabbats.
• Isaiah 66:22-23 and Matthew 24:20 – Prophetic Scriptures show that people will still observe the Shabbat in the future.
• Jubilees 2:17-33 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commands Yahshar’el to Remember, Guard, and keek the Shabbat Qodesh. ***This includes grafted in Yahshar’el ***

On the Shabbat:

• The Sabbath must observed on every 7th day of the week
• No work permitted
• No cooking
• No buying and selling
• Spend time with Abba 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄
• Rest
• Fellowship with other Qodesh believers if possible
• Refrain from self-seeking activities or distractions from the holiness of the day

Set Apart Feast Days

Feast Days are Forever

14 – And the day shall be a memorial for you. And you shall celebrate it as a feast to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, for your generations. You shall celebrate it as a law FOREVER. Exodus 12:14 (HRB)

Feast days in the Future after 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 Returns

16-18 – And it shall be, everyone who is left from all the nations which came up against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of The Sukkot. And it shall be, whoever will not go up from the families of the earth to Jerusalem to worship the King, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 of Hosts, there shall even be no rain on them. Zechariah 14:16-18 (HRB)

Definition of Foreshadow:

• Be a warning or indication of (a future event)
• To predict something or to give a hint of what is to come

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s order and plan are revealed through His seven annual festivals, which paint a vivid step-by-step picture of His master plan for humanity. Each feast represents a significant prophetic event in His divine timeline that wonderfully connects to our reality. The first three feast days are in the first month of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s calendar, and they foreshadowed or pointed to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏’s (Yahusha or Yahshua) Death, Removal of Sin, Resurrection, and becoming the First Fruit Offering. The fourth Feast stands alone in the third month of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s calendar and foreshadowed 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏’s promise to send a Helper, meaning the outpouring of The Ruach Ha-Kodesh (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s Set Apart Spirit), which is ongoing today. The seventh month of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s calendar contains the final three feasts, as well as the Last Great Day. They foreshadow Awakening, Atonement, and Reconciliation to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and the Messianic Age when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 will reign. These last feasts perfectly present the completion of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s Master Plan for Yahshar’el and humanity.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 revealed these seven annual observances as documented in Leviticus 23 and below.

1. Pesach (Passover) – Observed on the 14th day of the first month
2. Feast of Unleavened Bread – Observed on the 15th-21st day of the first month
3. Feast of Firstfruits – Observed during The Feast of Unleavened Bread, the day after the Sabbath following Passover, which would be the first day of the week (Sunday)
4. Shavuot (Feast of Weeks or Pentecost) – Observed 50 days after the Feast of First fruit, which would be in the third month. Do the Count yourself as the “(Jew-ish Rev 2:9, 3:9)” community hold it on the 6th of the 3rd month no matter the count.
5. Yom Teruah/Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets) – Observed on the First day of the seventh month.
6. Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement and Reconciliation) – Observed on the tenth day of the seventh month.

Feast One

The Passover (Not a High Shabbat)

Pesach (Passover) observes the Exodus of Yahsharel (Israelites) from slavery in Egypt. It’s the first of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s annual feast days, picturing the beginning or the very first step in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s master plan of salvation. The Passover is a yearly reminder of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s intervention in delivering the firstborn of Yahsharel from the death angel (Exodus 12:23-27). It also foreshadowed the future sacrifice of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 Messiah, “our Passover” lamb (1st Corinthians 5:7; 1 Peter 1:18-19), for the sins of humanity. The sparing of Yahshar’el’s firstborn from the death angel through the shed blood of lambs spread on their wooden doorpost on that first Passover points directly to us being spared/saved from the eternal penalty of sin (Romans 6:23) by the shed blood of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 on the tree. We no longer sacrifice a lamb at Passover but partake of the prescribed emblems, which represent 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏’S body (unleavened bread) and blood (unfermented grape juice, the pure blood of the grape).

On the Passover:

• The Passover must be observed on the 14th day of the first month.
• It is NOT a High Sabbath, so work, buying, selling & cooking ARE PERMITTED!
• A memorial is held on the night portion of Passover. This includes partaking in foot washing and eating bitter herbs, unleavened bread, and wine (unfermented grape juice, the pure blood of the grape).
• Remove all leavened things from the home (i.e., yeast, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, and items that have yeast-like ingredients)

Feast Two

The Feast of Unleavened Bread (Two High Shabbats)

Accepting 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏’s sacrifice and acknowledging that it paid for our sins in thought alone is not enough. True repentance and faith are demonstrated through actions, as actions speak louder than words. It’s not enough to merely profess belief; we must live out our faith. So, once we have repented, accepted 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏, and been forgiven by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, we must strive to forsake sin completely (Romans 6:1-6). We must seek to remove all sin from us, not return to living in the sin 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 died for. Romans 12:1 emphasizes a reasonable service of presenting our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. Our reasonable service involves striving to live a life that aligns with His will, which includes, examining ourselves, removing pride, avoiding sin, and seeking His truth and righteousness. In essence, living in a way that reflects His Qodesh (His set apartness). Our reasonable service is our part as Yahshar’el and Believers

What is SIN

Everyone who practices SIN also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness [ignoring 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s law by action or neglect or by tolerating wrongdoing—being unrestrained by His commands and His will].

To help keep us in the knowledge of the second step in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s plan, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 gave us the second annual Feast. The observance of this Feast impresses upon us that we must strive not to return to the sins 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 paid for with His blood (1 Corinthians 6:20). During the day portion of the Passover, we are to remove all the leaven from our home before the Unleavened Bread Feast day starts. The leaven represents our sin. “A little leaven leavens the whole lump (Galatians 5:9).”

I remember my family’s first and second years observing Unleavened Bread, it was hard and unexpected. We kept finding unleavened things in the house during the Feast. It was just like sin; you think you are good, but sin keeps popping up. The process of purging leaven from the house is symbolic of the spiritual work we need to do in our own hearts. Removing sin, or anything that is “not of Yahuah,” and replacing it with righteousness. Ultimately, the goal of the Feast of Unleavened Bread is not just about removing physical leaven from our homes but about recognizing the call to live as “unleavened” people—pure, sincere, and wholly dedicated to Yahuah.

On and during The Feast of Unleavened Bread:

• The Feast of Unleavened Bread must be observed on the 15th day of the first month.
• No work is permitted on the first and seventh days. They are High Shabbats
• Days 2-6 are NOT Sabbaths; therefore, work is permitted
• Cooking is allowed on all days of this Feast
• Rest
• Fellowship with other Qodesh believers if possible
• Eat unleavened things seven days
• Do not bring leavened things in the house
• Refrain from self-seeking activities or distractions from the holiness of the day

Scriptures for Passover and The Feast of Unleavened Bread

• Exodus 12 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commands the Passover and The Feast of Unleavened Bread with specific instructions
• Numbers 9:1-5 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commands the Passover
• Leviticus 23:4-8 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commands the Passover and The Feast of Unleavened Bread
• Joshua 5:10-11 – Yahshar’el celebrated the Passover and The Feast of Unleavened Bread
• Luke 2:41-43 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 and His earthly family observed Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
• Luke 22:15, John 2:13-23, John 13:1-3 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 celebrated the Passover.
• Matthew 26:17-28, Mark 14:12-25 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 celebrated the Passover and showed that He is the Passover unblemished lamb.
• 1 Corinthians 5:7 – 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 is our Passover Lamb. Therefore, we don’t need to kill a lamb anymore.
• Acts 18:21 – Paul Observes the Passover (This is the winter time in the year 51 or 52 AD. The only Feast Paul could be referring to was Passover).

Feast Three

Feast of FirstFruits (Not a High Shabbat)

The Feast of Firstfruits occurs specifically on the day after the Sabbath following Passover and during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Firstfruits will always start on the first day of the week. This Feast also begins the 50-day count to Shavuot (Feast of Weeks or Pentecost). During this festival, the Yahshar’elites would bring the first wave-sheaf of their barley harvest to the Levite priest as an offering to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. This act symbolized gratitude for the harvest and recognition of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s provision. It represented the idea of giving back to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 the first and best of what you have received. Firstfruits is also about giving the best of ourselves to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, not just physical goods but our hearts, time, and obedience.

The foreshadowing and spiritual ramification of this 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏’s resurrection and Him being the ultimate wave-sheaf offering firstfruit is profound. Look at the process of how the wave-sheaf offering was prepared, and you will see the similarities of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 being prepared. The grain for the wave-sheaf was beaten or threshed to separate the kernels from the husks. This was an essential part of the preparation. Threshing involves using a tool like a flail to separate the grain from the stalks and beating involved striking the grain to remove the husks, a process required to make the grain usable for the offering. So you see the wave-sheaf offering had to be physically beaten and threshed before being presented and waved up in the air and accepted.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 was beaten, scourged, whipped, bruised, slapped, pierced, and other things for our sin, iniquity, and transgression, which got Him prepared to be the wave-sheaf offering (Isaiah 52:14, Matthew 27:26, 26:67, Mark 15:15, Luke 22:63-64, John 19:1, 18:22). After being in the grave three days and three nights (Mat 12:40) 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 was raised up just like the wave-sheaf offering would be. In 1 Corinthians 15:20, Sha’ul refers to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 as the “firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep,” indicating that His resurrection is the first of many. Inclusively, just as the Yahshar’elites offered the first of their harvest, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 offered the first fruits of His harvest, His only begotten Son as the ultimate sacrifice for humanity, the ultimate firstfruit (John 3:16).

On The Feast of Firstfruits:

• Work, buying, selling & cooking are permitted!
• You can offer a portion of your income or produce
• Give thanks and praise to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 expressing gratitude to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 for His provision
• Feast
• Read the Torah, focusing on 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s commandments and His faithfulness.

Historically and presently, many people worldwide have struggled to thoroughly comprehend the depth of the Scriptures. Whether it be the Scriptures Christian theologians divided and labeled, the New and Old Testaments (Marcion of Sinope) or the non-canonical Apocrypha Scriptures ruled out by various councils, synods, Christian theologians, kings, and popes of the Roman Catholic Church (St. Jerome).

This lack of knowledge stems not from a weak desire to know and understand the truth, but rather from the influence of Ha-satan’s lies, illusions, and delusions that persuade the hearts and minds of people away from the truth. These lies, illusions, and distractions Ha-satan presents today are just as powerful and overwhelming as the ones he used to deceive Eve in the garden. The only difference is that Ha-satan has had millenniums to refine his lies, adapt them to the everchanging worldly cultures he manufactured, and change the vessel that speaks his venomous lies and deceit from a snake to humans.

Before we move on, let me reemphasize this crucial point to ensure your understanding of this matter is crystal clear. What has been done up to this date concerning the Bible, theologies, and traditions is not an accident. Through the ages, the devil has methodically and deliberately placed obstacles directly in our paths to steer humanity away from a genuine understanding of the 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and his Scriptures. Understand, Ha-satan needs to divert our hearts away from genuinely knowing 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 Tseva’oth, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha or Yahshua), and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s chosen people. It is in Ha-satan’s lies that many have concluded that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s laws (Torah), instructions, precepts, prophecies, and people no longer matter. Therefore, we must critically evaluate doctrines (Acts 17:11), regardless of their longstanding acceptance or endorsements by others, to ensure their validity. Furthermore, we must abandon the idea that we should believe something simply because others (false prophets and charismatic ministers) say so (1 Timothy 4:1). Let’s not allow ourselves to be led astray from the truth.

But the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, following deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,

How this Happened

• Dividing the Scriptures into three parts: Old Testament (OT), New Testament (NT), and Apocrypha (We will not discuss the Apocrypha today).
  • Dividing the Scriptures has led many to skip over or forgo the reading, studying, or comprehension of the OT. Most doctrines of demons don’t outright teach people not to read the OT. However, they teach from an anti-Torah perspective and repeatedly repeat phrases like “Jesus nailed the law to the cross,” “The law is in the OT, which was done away with,” and “Things in the OT were for the Israelites, not us.”. These teach that the OT is outdated and irrelevant, so don’t bother with it. It’s important to point out the hypocrisy in Christianity as the OT is not obsolete or irrelevant when speaking about Tithing.
  • If the NT is taught alone, by what bases can you confirm or teach that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha or Yahshua) is the Hamashiach (Messiah)? You can’t! The OT provides the historical and foundational context of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and His will, laws (Torah), instructions, precepts, prophecies, and people. It also contains the words of the prophets. It tells the history of the Hebrew people who were chosen by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 to convey His prophecies and promises.
  • 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 (Yahusha) magnified the OT by quoting the OT in more than 10 percent of His recorded words in the NT. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 emphasized that He did not come to abolish 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s law (Torah) or the Prophets such as Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Joel, Zechariah, Amos, Hosea, etc., (Matthew 5:17). The Law and the Prophets are both located in the OT, and many of the prophecies they prophesied have yet to be fulfilled, so why would one dismiss or overlook the OT. It’s essential to recognize the impact of prevailing theologies on your mindset when understanding the Scriptures.

• Historically, adding and removing books from the canonization
  • Who gave Gentiles the right via councils, synods, and theological preference to deceive what goes in the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

• As the founding father of Protestantism, Martin Luther removed Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Esther, Job, Ecclesiastes, Jonah, Tobias, Judith, Wisdom, Sirach (i.e., Ecclesiasticus), Baruch, 1 and 2 Maccabees, Matthew, Luke, John, Acts, Romans, Hebrews, James, Jude and Revelation claiming that the books were “straw not worthy to be burned in my oven as tinder.” and “Judaizing nonsense.”.

• Introduction of multiple conflicting ideologies, doctrines, and theologies through the protestant reformation.
• Deliberately distancing or separating 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 people from the faith via slavery, persecution, and threat of death.
• Reversing the Sabbath from the 7th day (Saturday) to the first day (Sunday).
• Replacing the Qodesh Holy Feast day with secular man-made Holidays (holy day) through syncretism.

Evidence of Ha-Satan’s Spirit on His People

Most are unaware of the impact that Ha-satan and his children had on the Bible and the Christian religion, values, doctrines, and many manufactured traditions. I will provide five; however, if you research this further, you will undoubtedly uncover more truth.

1. – Emperor Hadrian (Destroyer of the Jews) sold all Jew prisoners into slavery, banned circumcision, forbade the keeping of the Sabbath, and prohibited the teaching of the Torah. He hated the Jews so much that, according to Christian historian Eusebius, Emperor Hadrian banned Jews from the city of Jerusalem and the surrounding area and attempted to erase their connection to it by changing its name from Yerusalem to Aelia Capitolina, colonizing it with a different race, and many other atrocities. ***Disregraud of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Law and People***

2. – Some Jews and TARES in the early church started observing Sunday, which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 never commanded, and the 7th day Sabbath (Saturday), which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commanded. They added Sunday worship because of the false teaching that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 was raised on Sunday. However, to avoid prosecution from the government and ostracism from society for “Judaizing,” they began to forsake the actual Sabbath and the teaching of the Torah to show their separation and to prove that they were Christians, not Judaizers. And so the 4th commandment of observing the Sabbath faded away for many due to fear and false doctrine. ***Disregraud of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Law***

3. – Other Roman Emperors added, adjusted, and removed laws pertaining to Jews and the Torah; Emperor Constantine was one of them. He added significance to the early Christian TARES and made the first day of the week “Sunday,” a day of rest, instead of the seventh day, “Saturday,” as the Torah/Bible commanded. ***Disregraud of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Law***

4. – The Pope of the Catholic Church added more force to disregarding the Torah and the Sabbath. In A.D. 325, Pope Sylvester officially named Sunday “the Lord’s Day.” In A.D. 338, Eusebius, the court bishop of Constantine, wrote, “All things whatsoever that it was the duty to do on the Sabbath (the seventh day of the week) we (Constantine, Eusebius, and other bishops) have transferred to the Lord’s Day (the first day of the week) as more appropriately belonging to it.” ***Disregraud of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Law***

As we discussed in parts 2-3, the Roman Empire and its religious arm, the Roman Catholic Church (RCC), were the “superpower,” so whatever they said was followed. For those who did not follow their orders, persecution or death would follow. If the Pope can still wield his somewhat diminished power today, think of his power and influence when Rome was the superpower and its effect on Christianity in its infancy.

• The Archbishop of Venice, before becoming POPE PIUS X, Catholic National, stated: “The Pope [Bishop of Rome] is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, but he is Jesus Christ Himself hidden under the veil of flesh. ***BLASPHEMY***

• “Take care that we lose not that salvation, that life and breath which thou hast given us, for thou art our shepherd, thou art our physician, thou art our governor, thou art our husbandman, thou art finally another God on earth …”- 1512 Christopher Marcellus said this to Pope Julius II: ***BLASPHEMY***

5. – Church Reformers, most if not all, were former Antisemitic Catholics. The Protestant Reformation movement produced the alarming number of Christian denominations and theologies we see today. Reform leader Martin Luther put the final nails in the coffin of Torah and Sabbath observance for most Christian Denominations by ignoring 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s commandment of keeping the Sabbath and instead followed the commandment of the pope. Even though Reformers exited the RCC, they kept many other incorrect practices as well, such as idol worship, anti-Torah ideology, persecution of Yahshar’el, etc., as you will see in the Quotes from the leader below.

Quotes from Martin Luther, and yes, this is the same Martin Luther that inspired Michael King Sr, so much so that he changed his name and the name of his oldest son from Michael King Sr. and Jr. to Martin Luther King Sr. and Jr.

• “First, that their synagogues be burned down, and that all who are able toss in sulfur and pitch; it would be good if someone could also throw in some hellfire. That would demonstrate to God our serious resolve and be evidence to all the world that it was in ignorance that we tolerated such houses, in which the Jews have reviled God, our dear Creator and Father, and his son most shamefully up till now but that we have now given them their due reward”.  ***Hatred for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s chosen people***

• “But what will happen even if we do burn down the Jews’ synagogues and forbid them publicly to praise God, to pray, to teach, to utter God’s name? They will still keep doing it in secret. If we know that they are doing this in secret, it is the same as if they were doing it publicly. For our knowledge of their secret doings and our toleration of them implies that they are not secret after all and thus our conscience is encumbered with it before God”. ***Hatred for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s chosen people***

• “Now just behold these miserable, blind, and senseless people … their blindness and arrogance are as solid as an iron mountain. ***Hatred for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s chosen people***

Conclusion

The historical and theological landscape surrounding the Scriptures has been shaped by deliberate actions and ideologies designed to obscure the truth of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. From the early division of the biblical canons (NT, OT, and Apocrypha ) to the modern re-interpretations of basic teachings, it is clear that Ha-satan’s influence via Tares has perpetuated a cycle of deception that has misled countless believers. This manipulation has encouraged a pervasive misunderstanding of the Old Testament/Torah and the significance of the Sabbath, while insinuating that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s chosen set-apart people, Yahshar’el (so-called black people) are suitable for slavery but otherwise worthless and don’t matter.

We must commit to understanding the Bible in its full context, recognizing the Old Testament and its integral role in the New Covenant and future prophecies. Only then can you truly align ourselves with His will and purpose, guarding against the lies that seek to lead us astray.

Revelations 12:9 portrays the father of lies (John 8:44), Ha-Satan, as a master of deception. His deceptive influence has and will continue to span across the WHOLE INHABITABLE WORLD. This warning should serve as a powerful reminder for us to remain vigilant, acknowledging that Ha-satan’s lies, strategies, and deceptive tactics can easily entrap us. If you don’t think you are susceptible, consider how many individuals have already fallen prey to the subtle deceptions he’s produced through mass media concerning Money, Sex, and Power.

Ha-satan’s deceptions teach:

• Money will satisfy your wants and needs and give you power, security, and happiness.
• Sex equals love, lasting pleasure, power, and commitment. As well as sex is NOT spiritual or gender specific.
• Power is to be obtained by any means necessary. Obtaining supremacy, possessing everything, hoarding, dominating, and conquering is natural. Wanting to be more, have more, and know more makes us human.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 teaches

• Money is a tool that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 allows or gives us the ability to obtain wealth. It is not by your power or might that you acquire wealth (Deuteronomy 8:17-20). For what shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul (Mark 8:36)?
• Sex bonds or shackles people together with deep connections that are physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. If this person is not your spouse, these are dangerous connections that are not easily broken. Sex is also the covenant maker between a husband (man) and a wife (woman). On the wedding day or night, the virgin male enters into his virgin wife, breaking her hymen, which releases blood, bringing them into a blood covenant agreement. This blood covenant seals the words or vows they spoke to each other. Sex is to be enjoyed by married couples (man and woman).
• Power should be exercised responsibly and not as an absolute authority over others. We are to be content with what power 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 gives us and what power he will add to us in His timing. We shouldn’t be like Adam and Eve, who had access to every pleasure and necessity for a blessed life and complete authority and dominion over the Earth. However, they wanted more; they wanted Power; they wanted to be Elohim (gods).

Be sober [well balanced and self-disciplined], be alert and cautious at all times. That enemy of yours, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion [fiercely hungry], seeking someone to devour.

He is not to be played with or taken lightly.

Illusion of Truth or the Illusory Truth Effect

Today, let’s discuss one of the most, if not the most, successful tactics Ha-Satan deploys. It’s called the illusion of truth or the illusory truth effect, and it happens when we repeatedly hear the same deception or false information and come to believe it is true. Ha-satan’s illusory truth works almost flawlessly since he controls most, if not all, mass media (television, radio, newspapers, magazines, social media, digital media, the internet, church pulpits, etc.) which has significant influence over people.

The illusory truth, which is a lie, becomes the truth, so much so that we become delusional, defend the lies, and start spreading the lie or dece as truth. A simple secular example would be how parents, TV shows, movies, schools, and some churches convince children with lies that Santa Claus, his Elves, and Rudolph the-red-nose reindeer are real. Or how about a tough one like Christopher Columbus was a hero who discovered the Americas and deserved national and federal holidays to honor his contributions and achievements. But factually, he was a cowardice villain who enslaved many native people in the Americas and Carabieene and treated them with extreme violence and brutality.

Our Leaders

Our leaders, parents, teachers, pastors, ministers, and the like have been under the illusion of truth about many Bible truths through different philosophies and theologies repeatedly taught. These unbiblical illusionary truths have been handed down through time and have become the traditions of man. These lies have become so powerful that they seem almost unbreakable. Like the following lies about the Shabbath:

• The Sabbath is on the first day, Sunday vs. Saturday the 7th day (Gen 2:2-3, Exo 20:8-11)
• The Sabbath can be whatever day you want (Gen 2:2-3, Exo 20:8-11)
• 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 Messiah (Yahshua or Yahusha) abolished the Sabbath (Matthew 5:17)
• The Sabbath was changed to Sunday because 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 was resurrected on Sunday (Matthew 28:1). 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 was raised on Sabbath night.

These lies and many others have been repeated repeatedly from church pulpits and repeatedly propagandized by other forms of mass media. If you search your Bible, you will not find Sunday worship or a single scripture commanding the Sabbath changed to Sunday. But you will find the 7th day Sabbath repeated multiple times and kept by Yahshar’el (Israelites) and believers. Simple research will uncover the deception that Rome and the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) made these changes.

Roman Empire and Roman Catholic Church Edict

– In A.D. 135, at the end of the Yahudim (Jewish) rebellion against Roman domination, the emperor Hadrian passed laws forbidding circumcision, THE KEEPING OF THE SABBATH, and the study or teaching of the Torah.

– In A.D. 321, Emperor Constantine decreed, “On the venerable day of the Sun, let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed.”

– In A.D. 364, The Council of Laodicea decreed, Canon XXIX (59), “Christians must not judaize by resting on the Sabbath, but must work on that day, rather honouring the Lord’s Day; and, if they can, resting then as Christians. But if any shall be found to be judaizers, let them be anathema from Christ.”

Over the years, Rome made laws favorable to Sunday and outlawed the Sabbath, instituting hatred and persecution toward Sabbath observers. Eventually, the Pope changed the Sabbath for Christians from the 7th day to the 1st day. The Roman Empire was similar to today’s USA in that it had dominant military, economic, and political power (“superpower“), and the RCC was its religious arm. Their influence across the known world at that time was immense, and the effects are still present today as the Catholic Church has the most significant Christian grouping worldwide, currently sitting at 1.390 billion believers worldwide.

Even if you don’t believe the facts presented or the many other researchable facts not presented, look in your Bible for the answers.

• 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 Messiah (Yahshua or Yahusha) Himself observed the Sabbath (Luke 4:16, 4:31)
• After 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏’s death, the Sabbath was still observed by the Early Church, disciples, and Apostles (Acts 20:7)
• Paul observed the Sabbath as well. (Acts 17:2, 13:42, 13:44, 20:7)
• 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 gave a warning about the end times, and the Sabbath was still being observed (Matt 24:20).

A Hebrew Faith, Not a Deception Faith

The faith we believe in is Hebrew, not Roman, Greek, American, or a Satanic deception. The Bible never tells Hebrews or believers to worship on the 1st day instead of the 7th. Abandoning the 7th day Sabbath for Sunday worship is a deception sent by Ha’satan to have us violate the 4th commandment (Exodus 20:8). Yahshar’el once abandoned the Sabbath, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 was not pleased and punished the nation severely for its sins (Ezekiel 20:12-26). Abba 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has not changed His mind, Ha-satan has changed the minds of humanity through illusory truth.

It is interesting how a Hebrew faith was taken, flipped, and made into something foreign by Gentiles (Greeks, Romans, and now European scholars). We humans nor Ha-satan have the authority to change Scripture, the laws of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, or redefine what sin is. The Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 defines sin in 1 John 3:4 and Romans 7:7. If we could decide for ourselves when and how the Sabbath should be kept, then that means we could define sin for ourselves as well. The Sabbath is commanded by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, not man and not Ha’satan.

We have been under illusions for quite some time, and it is time to start studying the Bible, fasting, and praying so that we can begin to release the shackles of this bondage. We can no longer sit on the sideline of life, hoping that the preacher, politician, scholar, or whoever will provide us with the truth. Wakeup or 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 will allow you to start believing the lie and or turn you over to a vain or depraved mind (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12, Romans 1:28)!!!

. . . because they did not receive the love of the truth in order for them to be saved. And because of this, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 will send to them a working of deception, for them to believe the lie, that those not believing in the truth, but who have delighted in unrighteousness all may be damned.

Who’s changing the TRUTH Now?

Aramaic or Greek

Before we move on to Part 3 of the Truth or Illusion series, let’s get one more understanding of the New Testament scripture translation. That understanding is the mindset of the Yahsha’el (Israelites) in that era and their feelings and customs toward Greeks and possibly Romans.

Let me introduce Flavius Josephus, also known as Yosef Ben Mattityahu, and his firsthand account of how the Yahudim (Jews) and Yahshar’el dealt with Greek and other languages they considered pagan. Josephus was a Yahudim historian in Israel in A.D. 37. He was the most productive writer in Israel’s history, and his work is widely accepted and used as a primary source by many scholars worldwide. Some say Josephus was a Pharisee born of a priestly line, although this is speculative. He was a highly educated scholar and advocate in Israel’s affairs, later leading the Yahudim army against Roman attacks in Galilee. However, Flavius Josephus ultimately defected to the Roman side and was granted Roman citizenship.

In this writing, we learned that Josephus, a highly educated scholar known for his vast knowledge and intellect, openly acknowledged his limited proficiency in the Greek language. He admitted that he did not know Greek well enough to speak it fluently and emphasized that he knew only a few individuals who had mastered it. This serves as a testament to the fact that Greek was not widely spoken in Israel and was not prevalent as a secondary language. Learning Greek required deliberate study and was not a casual pursuit in first-century Israel. Moreover, going beyond a simple Greek fluency of what was necessary to get by was not encouraged and looked on as common, pointing back to his lack of knowing many who mastered Greek. Conversely, in the cultural context of that time, wisdom was attributed to individuals who deeply understood Torah law and accurately interpreted its meanings.

Definition of Fluent:

• The measurement of the ability one has to speak smoothly and freely without the need to pause and think about the grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation one needs to communicate.
• Capable of using a language easily and accurately
• Having or showing mastery of a subject or skill

Definition of Literate:

• The ability to identify, understand, interpret, create, communicate, and compute using printed and written materials associated with varying contexts
• Able to read and write
• Having knowledge or competence
• Having or showing knowledge of literature, writing, etc.; literary; well-read.

If you think about it, you can see similar commonalities in our American society today. Many non-native English speakers (immigrants, asylum seekers, refugees, visa workers, etc,.) are moving here from around the world. Many of them, if not most, are not trying to master the English language. Their goal, more or less, is to learn enough to get by (get a job, earn money, communicate, and be somewhat sociable). I can’t be entirely certain, but it seems unlikely that their aim is to become a scholar in the English language, much less an English book writer. It’s worth noting that many Americans, despite being exposed to English from a young age and studying it in school, are in a similar position, knowing just enough to get by.

According to The National Literacy Institute

“In 2024, the literacy rate in the United States is 79% for adults, which means that 21% of adults are illiterate. This is based on the following literacy statistics:”

• 54% of adults have a literacy level below 6th grade
• 20% of adults have a literacy level below 5th grade
• 34% of adults who lack literacy proficiency were born outside the US

Are we to believe that Yahshua, His Yahudim disciples, and most of the people in Israel were fluent and literate in Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek? No, they likely spoke a small amount of Greek, the language of trade and business, to earn money and be sociable. Hebrew was probably spoken fluently, but literacy was low, whereas Aramaic was spoken fluently, and literacy was high.

Is it not interesting that Hebrew and Aramaic hold a sense of Holiness in many Hebrew circles today, and Greek is not to be found among them and is still considered pagan? With that said, Aramaic is not without its faults either, as the language was forced upon Yahshar’el during the Babylonian captivity. Aramaic was a slave language for Yahshar’el, just like English is a slave language for the Yahshar’el in America, taken in the Transatlantic Slave Trade. Therefore, it is not a Heavenly language, as many think. However, it is the language that Yahshua spoke, making it Qodesh (holy), or at least His words and the Aramaic words of others in the New Testament are Qodesh.

Conclusion

Yahshua and most other Yahudim were fluent and literate in the Aramaic language (Luke 4:16-21, 2:39-52). According to Matthew 15:24, Yahshua’s mission was to reach “the sheep which went astray from the house of Yahshar’el,.” So, it was essential for him to convey 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s message in a way that the people of Yahshar’el could understand. Since they were not fluent in Greek, He communicated in Aramaic to ensure they could comprehend His teachings and possibly some Hebrew.

The Apostle Shaul (Paul) was slightly different from Yahshua in that he was a Roman Citizen and spoke Greek. However, his message was always to the Yahudim first and then to the gentile, which means he would have communicated via Aramaic. Shaul’s ministry pattern is mentioned an impressive nine times in the book of Acts. (Acts 13:14, 14:1, 17:1-2, 17:10, 17:16-17, 18:4, 18:19, 19:8, 28:17). Paul was in line with Flavius Josephus, who wrote in Aramaic First to the Yahudim and later translated his works into Greek.

• Imagine that your husband, whom you deeply loved, had passed away, and his heartfelt love letters to you had been translated into Chinese. Which would hold a greater sentimental or emotional connection for you – the original letters or the translations?

• If someone took the originals and left you with the Chinese translations, wouldn’t you insist on getting the originals back?

Let’s say you could not get the originals back and have the Chinese letters translated back into your native English. Well, now you have a translation of a translation. Much of the original power and meaning were lost through translation from English to Chinese, languages that are quite alien to each other. But then, the translation from Chinese back to English at least doubles the dilemma, adding to the complexity.

Do you see the dilemma with all the translation confusion? I submit that the Peshitta is a collection of lost or stolen love letters of the good news in Yahshua’s native tongue, Aramaic. It is the love letters and story of your lover and it is the original or straight original, as the word Peshitta means straight. We should be using it as our primary source, not Greek.

Your Bible is probably a translation, of a translation, of a translation. The process is perhaps as follows: Hebrew or Aramaic to Greek, from Greek to Latin, and from Latin to English. Since we have read only translations and translations of translations, do you think anything has been lost?

Subtle changes here and there have the ability to alter the meaning of things and cause massive illusions and confusion that ultimately turn into delusion. Most people will say their Bible is good enough or in a translation they can understand. However, I challenge you to reach for a deeper understanding, led by the Ruach HaKodesh and motivated by critical thinking that will alter your perspective on Bible translations and force you to look for a direct word-for-word translation of the original text.

Who’s changing the TRUTH Now?

While the title of this Truth or Illusion Food for Thought is “Missing Scriptures,” it is apparent that the underlying issue extends beyond the mere absence of Scriptures. Truth is often obscured by the passage of time and the actions of individuals; this instance is no different. The people from the historical eras we have been discussing and will continue to discuss were wicked, full of hatred, and motivated by misguided intentions, deceiving spirits, and doctrines of demons. These influences led to the removal, alteration, and reinterpretation of Scripture as well as the removal and exclusion of books for the spreading of lawlessness and their own selfish purposes. Additionally, they were navigating a way out of a period they termed the Dark Ages (Middle Ages) and needed to establish an identity. Unfortanly, the identity they settled on was colonizer, and their chosen religion, Christianity, played a considerable role.

As we explore the history and truth, keep these words and definitions in mind:

• Hellenization: The spread of Greek culture that began after Alexander the Great’s conquest in the fourth century B.C.E.
• Renaissance: A period of European (Roman) cultural, religious, artistic, political, and economic “rebirth” following the Middle Ages. Generally described as taking place from the 14th century to the 17th century, the Renaissance promoted the rediscovery of classical philosophy, literature, and art.
• Protestant Reformation: A religious reform movement that swept through Europe in the 1500s. It resulted in the creation of a branch of Christianity called Protestantism, a name used collectively to refer to the many religious groups that separated from the Roman Catholic Church due to differences in doctrine.

History Embroiled in Hatred

Although the protestants broke free from the influence of the RCC, they continued many pagan non-biblical practices such as Sunday worship, cross/idol worship, pagan holidays, festivals, etc. Additionally, the reformers continued in their RCC historically learned hatred of the true Yahudim (Jews) and converted Jew-ISH people. Their hatred did not simply fade away. As the hatred persisted, the reformers, like the Greeks of old, sought to paint their image and ideology upon 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Word to distance themselves further from the true Yahudim and the Elohim of what they call the Old Testament/Torah.

Note: The RCC, Renaissance, and the Protestant Reformation are also responsible for Yahusha (Jesus) and all the other Yahshar’el (Israelites) being reimaged or reimagined as caucasian or non-melanated individuals.

This cultural appropriation, brainwashing, and deception was accomplished by their version of Hellenization called the Renaissance period (1 Maccabees 3:48). Keep in mind, as we learned last week, that the true Yahudim and Yahshar’elites were being rounded up, chained, and sold as slaves through the Transatlantic Slave Trade during this period. This enslavement was authorized by the RCC Pope and carried out by Catholics, Protestant Reformers, and Protestant members. No one stopped it; in fact, the enslavement of the true Yahudim and Yahshar’elites allowed for their identities to be lost and hijacked by another group of people (Jeremiah 17:4, Rev 2:9, 3:9).

To help you understand the mindset of this movement, I’ve compiled some keywords and writings from Martin Luther and John Calvin, the main leaders of the Reformation. You can Hear, Feel, and Almost See the Hatred.

Martin Luther:

“In this treatise, he argues that Jewish synagogues and schools be set on fire, prayer books be destroyed, rabbis forbidden to preach, Jewish homes burned, and property and money confiscated. Luther demanded that no mercy or kindness be given to Jews,[3] that they be afforded no legal protection,[4] and “these poisonous envenomed worms” should be drafted into forced labor or expelled forever.[5] He also advocates murder of all Jews, writing “[W]e are at fault in not slaying them.” [6]“

John Calvin:

“I have had much conversation with many Jews: I have never seen either a drop of piety or a grain of truth or ingenuousness – nay, I have never found common sense in any Jew.” [43]

So, through the Renaissance and the Protestant Reformation, the translators aligned the translations of the Bible with their doctrines, bias, and superiority complex, just like Greek Hellenization. One would think that since this book of Scriptures was for and about Yahshar’el (Israelites), their input would be needed and valued, BUT IT WAS NOT. Over time, multiple versions and variations led to translations that are now several generations away from the original language. As a result, each translation has strayed farther from the original text, becoming more watered down and distant from the truth.

Consider This

• Did the Gentiles comprehend the full depth of Hebrew words, including formal and informal language?
• Were the Gentiles genuinely interested in understanding the Hebrews, given their hatred towards Yahshar’el and their desire to persecute and enslave them?
• Did the Gentiles want a brotherly or scholarly relationship with a people they deemed filthy dogs, void of common sense, poisonous envenomed worms, or people who don’t understand their own scriptures?

Hatred of a people in light of the topic reminds me of a wall I encountered during my recent visit to the Bahamas. This wall was adorned with Bahamian words and phrases patterned after their flag in vibrant black, aquamarine, and gold. I’m not Bahamian, so of course, I did not comprehend the meaning of many of the words and expressions. However, my affection for my Bahamian brothers and sisters sparked a curiosity within me to seek out the meanings of these phrases. Fortunately, a local Bahamian I was with did fill me in on some of them.

While I was curious to understand the meaning of some of the native terminology and cultural aspects, I must admit that I wasn’t inclined to engage fully. I thought to myself, would I even remember them, use these phrases, or need them? I told myself no and moved on.

Now, imagine if I hated and wanted to persecute Bahamians. Would I even care about their language(s)? Would I decipher all these meanings correctly without bias or agenda? Would I care to know about a people I have ordered to be persecuted, murdered, and enslaved? Obviously not! If I did care about them and their ways, I would sit down, listen, and learn, even more so if I was going to follow their Elohim, Scriptures, and beliefs. I would probably even live with or among them to learn. I most certainly would not capture, enslave, usurp, and kill them or rewrite their Holy Scriptures to my liken.

So What Bible(s) Should be Used?

Definition of Interpretation:

• The act or the result of interpreting: explanation
• A particular adaptation or version of a work, method, or style
• A teaching technique that combines factual with stimulating explanatory information

Definition of Verbatim:

• In the exact words: word for word
• being in or following the exact words: word-for-word

When accepting biblical translations from Hebrew/Aramaic to English or whatever language you read, you must obtain a verbatim copy or the closest to verbatim you can get, not an interpretation.

An interpretation can leave out or insert critical words or phrases while translating. Do you want to be misled by interpretations that have ignored, removed, or added phrases not found in the original text? Please look at the definitions of interpretation and verbatim so everything is clear as to what I am saying. We do not want an adaptation or version of a work with combined stimulating information; we need the exact word-for-word translation.

Although there is no perfect translation, please take care when choosing a Bible to study with. As BBBs (Bible Believing Believers), we should be mindful of paraphrased, thought-for-thought, and gender-neutral and inclusive Bibles like the NIV, NLT, Message Bible, etc., as they can reflect the opinions and religious beliefs of the person(s) and not the true intent or spirit of the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

I primarily use the following Bibles. However, none of these Bibles conclude who the true Yahshar’el (Israelites) are.

• HRB – Hebraic Roots Bible (PDF) – Free downloads available. They do not charge for a hard copy of the Bible. However, they ask for a $35 donation to help print more Bibles for others who can’t afford one.

Conclusion

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has instructed us in Duet 4:12, Proverbs 30:5–6, and Rev 22:18–19 that we are not to add, supplement, take away, or diminish His Word. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Word must not be polluted, corrupted, or subjected to human traditions, opinions, and agendas. We must not change the meaning of the text by deleting and adding phrases and passages or removing books. We must not knowingly misrepresent, change, or falsify what is in the original text. As Yahshar’el and BBBs, we must submit to the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and allow it to fully live within us richly (Colossians 3:16) so that it might instruct, reproof, correct, and train us in righteousness so that we might be perfected. (2 Timothy 3:16–17). Lastly, we must not stand with or accept others who do these abominable things.

Who’s changing the TRUTH Now?

Definition of Illusion:

• A false idea or belief
• A thing that is or is likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses
• A deceptive appearance or impression

Definition of TRUTH:

• The quality or state of being true
• That which is true or in accordance with fact or reality
• Accurate or exact
• A fact or belief that is accepted as true <— This is in fact not Truth

Last week, you should have participated in the study activity, which would have helped you to identify the numerous missing scriptures in specific Bible translations. As we delve deeper into this week’s topic, let’s examine the who, what, when, where, and why these distortions have infiltrated Bible translations and the impact they have.

Truth vs Illusion

Illusion:

Many biblical scholars, world religious leaders, and historians have taught the world that Christianity was or is a love-based religion. A “love thy neighbor as thyself” or a “do until others as you would have them do unto you” type of religion. However, they often omit the darker doctrines and history that have shaped Christian thought and practice. The Bible indeed teaches those principles, and Christianity displayed it historically on the surface, but this was the Illusion. You might have a change of perspective if you dig just a little into history and consider specific historical facts like:

• Convert or Die – Christian Crusades, in which Christians killed 1.7 million to 9 million people in the name of Jesus
• Convert or Die – Spanish Inquisition, in which 3,000 -300,000 people were tortured, enslaved, and or killed via Christianity in the name of Jesus
• Roman Catholic Pope Nicolas V issued a series of papal bulls that granted Portugal THE RIGHT to enslave, thus starting the Transatlantic Slave Trade. The Transatlantic Slave Trade was the largest unrecorded holocaust or genocide in history. The death toll was so high the number is uncountable.

Through these and many more hidden illusions or delusions, the Tares hid under the guise of Biblical principles while infiltrating and plotting out their agendas. It is with these hateful, racist, bigoted, and discriminatory hearts that these Tares translated the Holy Scriptures. Is there any wonder why so many hate groups identify as Christian? KKK (Ku Klux Klan), White nationalist, Neo-Confederate, etc.

Truth:

The first followers of Yahusha (Jesus) were called Nazarenes (Acts 24:5), AKA followers of The Way (followers of both the law of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and the testimony of Yahshua Act 24:14, Act 18:26, Revelation 12:17). The original followers of Yahshua were persecuted by the Yahudim (Jews), Greeks, Romans, and even some Muslims. This initial persecution pressed them so hard that they changed their beliefs and practices, thus morphing them over time into something that Yahusha and the original Nazarenes would not recognize. The Nazarens also adopted the name Christian, which was meant to be an insult given to them by the Greeks. Soon after, Christianity was hijacked by the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) or Universal Church, which added more falsehoods through syncretism, turning the faith into a religion. Finally, through the Protestant Reformation, the religion was scattered into many different “do as thy wilt” denominations, which we see today. It was during the reign of the RCC and the Protestant Reformation that Bibles were translated.

Explore the Truth

As we explore the history and truth, keep these words and definitions in mind:

• Hellenization: The spread of Greek culture that began after Alexander the Great’s conquest in the fourth century B.C.E.

• Renaissance: A period of European (Roman) cultural, religious, artistic, political, and economic “rebirth” following the Middle Ages. Generally described as taking place from the 14th century to the 17th century, the Renaissance promoted the rediscovery of classical philosophy, literature, and art.

• Protestant Reformation: A religious reform movement that swept through Europe in the 1500s. It resulted in the creation of a branch of Christianity called Protestantism, a name used collectively to refer to the many religious groups that separated from the Roman Catholic Church due to differences in doctrine.

As mentioned last week, it is not through ignorance that most Bible translations have numerous flaws but more of an intentional ignorance by way of agendas and demonic influence. The Protestant Reformation, led by Martin Luther, John Calvin, and others, was the launching pad for Bible translation, differing doctrines, and multiple denominations. The Reformation rightfully loosened the Roman Catholic Church’s (RCC) suffocating control, influence, and coercive power over the false religion of Christianity, as the RCC was leading people astray with harmful and misleading practices.

The RCC’s power was so strong and overwhelming that its influence reached far into government politics and laws with its papal authority. The Papal Authority authorized the Spanish Inquisition, slavery, and what they called holy wars, killing and enslaving millions, all the while calling themselves the love thy neighbor as thy self religion. Regrettably, its influence continues today, as the RCC remains the largest denomination of Christianity, with over 1.278 billion members.

The Protestant Reformation began in 1517, leading to many Scriptures translations such as the Luther Bible in 1522 and 1534, Myles Coverdale Bible in 1535, Geneva Bible in 1560, King James Version in 1611, etc., and ended around 1648. Reformation-era translations were translated from the original Hebrew and Aramaic languages and, unfortunately, from the flawed Greek Manuscripts. Despite the origins of the original text, most translators used anti-Torah and anti-Hebrew theologies, reflecting their biases, hatred, and ideology of the era. It is important to note that the Transatlantic Slave Trade started in 1526, nine years after the start of the Reformation and during the Renaissance era of 1485-1649. Today’s translators have maintained the same practices as the Tares of old in using the Greek (Novum Testamentum Graece or Greek New Testament ) manuscripts over the actual original Aramaic Peshitta manuscript.

Who’s changing the TRUTH Now?

Beware of the Tares

Now let’s look at Matthew 13:24-30 “The parable of the Wheat and the Tares.” Here, Yahusha explains how the enemy Hêlēl (Satan) plants and grows tares (wicked people) among the wheat (Holy people or Qodashim) that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 plants. The wheat and the tares look almost identical but are entirely different. The tares are weeds that can uproot the wheat if grown too close together.

Yahusha was explaining that there were and will be imitators, impostors, and frauds living side by side with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s children. These individuals are called tares and will mimic, deceive, and mislead others by any means necessary, wolves in sheep’s clothing (Matthew 7:15). In like manner Paul, in his letters to the Colossians, warns of these wolves or tares misleading people through philosophy, doctrines, theologies, and empty deceit (Colossians 2:8). Therefore, it’s vital to put on the full armor of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and remain vigilant against such individuals and influences, while also ensuring that we embody the ways, precepts, and commands of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

The parable of the wheat and tares goes much deeper, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 willing there will be a food for thought about it someday. If you truly get an understanding of this parable, you will realize that the rapture theology is a demon doctrine.

Let’s go back to the Matthew 18:10-14 activity from earlier. Did you read it? If not, please take a moment to do so. If you did, did you notice anything about the scriptures? No, nothing stands out; look closer. THERE IS NO VERSE 11. The NIV, NLT, ESV, and many other versions have removed this scripture and others as well as reworded others, completely changing their meanings. Who changed the truth into a lie? Scholars and world religious leaders argue that their translations are more accurate despite the fact that they have omitted verses, phrases, and words. They contend that their changes were necessary to accurately match what they perceived and accepted as the original text. To add insult to injure, the vast majority of these Bible translations and many more have also taken the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 in vain and replaced it with lord and god (Jeremiah 23:27), as well as changing the name of the Son Yahusha to Iēsous/Iesus/Jesus.

The Greeks changed the name Yahusha to Iēsous to better align with the names of their own gods, such as Zeus, Uranus, Erebus, Venus, Morpheus, and Prometheus. This change was more about cultural assimilation and less about accurately translating the name, which is not, in my opinion, translatable. These actions are undoubtedly a gross demonic overstep, as their sources and influence are of a flawed Greek type. However, I reiterate again that they assert they use the most reliable Greek manuscripts.

Truth

It is not through ignorance that most Bible translations have numerous flaws but more of an intentional ignorance by way of agendas and demonic influence. The enemy, Satan, is a liar and a deceiver, and the Earth is full of his children/tares doing his work (John 8:44, Revelation 12:9). Last week, I placed too much in the Food for Thought, which made for a long read. So, we will break these reasons down over the next few Food for Thoughts. First, let’s uncover the truth about the New and Old Testament and their Hebrew and Aramaic origins to debunk the notion that the Old Testament is Hebrew and the New Testament Greek.

How do we know the original New and Old Testament were written in Hebrew and Aramaic?

The languages spoken by Yahusha (Jesus) and His disciples were primarily Aramaic, which Yahshar’el (Israelites) learned while in Babylonian captivity, and some Hebrew, not Greek. Although the Protestant Reformation (we will learn about that later) allowed biblical scholars/tares to translate the Bible into English and other languages for the masses to read and understand, many Bible translations are flawed or even corrupted. The American Bible Society acknowledges over 900 English Bible translations, and I submit that our enemy, Hêlēl (Satan), has his hand in most of them. Thankfully, we are in an era where religious organizations and governments can no longer suppress historical information. It is readily available, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has supplied a remnant of translators after his own heart to supply His word (Daniel 12:4).

Bible Translations Flaws Due to Cultural Bias, Changes, and Differences

Definition of Cultural Bias:

• perspectives, attitudes, and behaviours based on the standards of one’s own culture
• assumes that one’s own culture is superior to others
•  interpret something based on your own culture’s standards 

Throughout generations and the cultural changes that occur, words often change their meanings, as seen in the English language examples below.

English words Awful and Nice; what exactly do they mean? Well, it depends on the generation or era:

Now, consider the challenges of translating from one language to another and then to another over the ages, with words changing meaning and with indifference to a specific culture. These translations went from Hebrew/Aramaic to Greek, then Latin, and on to English, and ultimately into other languages. Additionally, we must consider that some translators and religious organizations had their own agendas or were working under the influence of an organization’s agenda, as we learn in the weeks to come. Lastly, we must not forget that the culture of Yahshar’el was hated and despised at the time most of the Greek and Latin translations were done. Would it be a stretch to think that the Greeks and later Romans ignored some of the meanings of Hebrew writing and input their own or displayed cultural bias (1 Maccabees 3:48)?

During the Protestant Reformation, the Holy Scriptures were translated from the original Hebrew and Aramaic languages. However, most translators used anti-Torah and anti-Hebrew theologies, reflecting their biases. Although the protestants broke free from the influence of the RCC, they continued many pagan non-biblical practices such as Sunday worship, Cross worship, pagan holidays, etc. Additionally, the reformers continued in their historical RCC hatred of the true Yahudim (Jews) and converted Jewish people did not fade away either. As the hatred persisted, the reformers, like the Greeks of old, sought to paint their image and ideology upon 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Word to distance themselves further from the Yahudim by way of the Renaissance (1 Maccabees 3:48).   

So, through the Renaissance and the Protestant Reformation, the translators aligned the translations of the Bible with their own doctrines, just like Greek Hellenization. One would think that since this book of Scriptures was for and about Yahshar’el (Israelites), their impute would be needed and valued, but it was not. Over time, multiple versions and variations led to Bible translations that are now several generations away from the original language. As a result, each Bible translation has strayed farther from the original text, becoming more watered down and distant from the truth.

Note: The RCC, Renaissance, and the Protestant Reformation are also responsible for Yahusha (Jesus) and all the other Yahshar’el (Israelites) being reimaged or reimagined as caucasian or non-melanated individuals.

Hatred of a people in light of the topic reminds me of a wall I encountered during a recent visit to the Bahamas. This wall was adorned with vibrant Bahamian words and phrases. Despite not comprehending the meaning of every single word and expression, I gleaned some of the meanings from a local Bahamian. Though I did want to know what some of them meant, I confess I did not care to know all of them or immerse myself entirely in their culture and ways despite my love for my Bahamian brothers and sisters. Now, imagine if I hated and persecuted Bahamians. Would I decipher all these meanings correctly without bias or agenda? Would I care to know about a people I have ordered to be persecuted, murdered, and enslaved? Obviously not. If I did, I would sit down and learn from them.

What Bible Translations Should We Use

When accepting Bible translations from Hebrew/Aramaic to English or whatever language you read, you must obtain a verbatim copy, not an interpretation or the closest you can get.

Definition of Interpretation:

• The act or the result of interpreting: explanation
• A particular adaptation or version of a work, method, or style
• A teaching technique that combines factual with stimulating explanatory information

Definition of Verbatim:

• In the exact words: word for word
• being in or following the exact words : word-for-word

An interpretation can leave out or insert critical words or phrases while translating. Do you want to be misled by interpretations that have ignored, removed, or added phrases not found in the original text? Please look at the definition of interpretation and verbatim. We do not want an adaptation or version of a work with combined stimulating information, we need the exact word-for-word Bible translation.

Although there is no perfect Bible translation, please take care when choosing a Bible to study with. As BBBs (Bible Believing Believers), we should be mindful of paraphrased, thought-for-thought, and gender-neutral and inclusive Bibles like the NIV, NLT, and Message Bible etc,. as they can reflect the opinions and religious beliefs of the person(s) and not the true intent or spirit of the word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

Conclusion

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has instructed us in Duet 4:12, Proverbs 30:5–6, and Rev 22:18–19 that we are not to add, supplement, take away, or diminish His Word. Traditions and human opinions must not be equated with it. We must not change the meaning of the text by deleting and adding phrases and passages or removing books. We must not knowingly misrepresent, change, or falsify what is in the original. BBBs must submit to the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and allow it to fully live within us richly (Colossians 3:16) so that it might instruct, reproof, correct, and train us in righteousness so that we might be perfected. (2 Timothy 3:16–17). Lastly, we must not stand with or accept others who do these abominable things.

Satan’s Illusions and Deceptions Cause Confusion

Hêlēl (Satan) has been at work for many millenniums, planting traps and deceptions along with deceptive influences all around the Earth. Some of his deceptions are plain to see, while others are elaborate illusions, and still others remain hidden or imperceptible. As Bible Believing Believers (BBB) or Qedoshim (set apart ones), it is our duty and responsibility to expose the darkness of the Devil and his army at every opportunity. Our aim should be to draw the lost sheep of Yahshar’el and those destined to be grafted into Yahshar’el to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s TRUTH.

As the Kingdom of Heaven draws nearer, Satan’s agenda in the unseen war has significantly intensified. 2 Corinthians 4:4 indicates that Satan is the g-o-d of this world, which means he is the primary influence on the beliefs, opinions, dreams, hopes, and views of the people in this world. You can see this in the sins and immorality of this world that seem to be contagious and spreading with no end in sight. Abba 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 would probably call the sin upon the Earth great as He did in Genesis 6:5 during the days of Noah.

Think about this:

• How is it that there are over 45,000 different denominations or sects of Christianity globally and multiple sects of Judaism all doing their own thing? (Satan’s illusions and deceptions)

• Shouldn’t believers all be in one accord following the will of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and the same Holy Scriptures, thus following the same commands, laws, feasts days, and precepts? (Satan’s illusions and deceptions)

• Do you find it strange that there are over 3,142 versions of the Bible? While many don’t see this as a problem because the alterations are generally minor. However slight the differences, they have the power to create whole new meanings and promote doctrines of demons. Other versions are not slight at all and promote varied theological approaches and meanings, distortions with personal idolatrous worldviews, errors, and the names of idols (God, Lord, Jesus, etc.), which goes against the third commandment. Is 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 the Aurthore of confusion? 1 Corinthians 14:33 (Satan’s illusions and deceptions)

• Has the Devil infiltrated Christianity and Judaism, or is he the creator of them like he is with the other religions of the World, or is this part of the strong delusion or deception sent by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12)? Is there any wonder why 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 will tell many people He NEVER knew them? (Matthew 7:21-23)”

10. and in all deceit of unrighteousness in those who will perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth in order for them to be saved.

Tipping Point of Destruction

So, with the Prince of the Air, Satan, at the helm of our already corrupt civilizations, we have progressively increased in wickedness and depravity. Our communities are producing amoral people who believe right is wrong and wrong is right (Isaiah 5:20). Satan’s illusions, deceptions, and control have become overwhelmingly powerful in the political, religious, government, education, and entertainment systems of this world. We are at the tipping point of destruction.

The time is over in which we play religious games with the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and with His people. We can no longer sugarcoat, tippy-toe around, or walk about lying instead of telling 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s unfiltered TRUTH. And we cannot believe the same lies that our forefathers believed and passed down. Lies taught by the Father of Lies (Satan) and his children through theologies, philosophy, doctrines, and fake history.

We must step outside of the false Christian religion that believes half of the Bible was done away with and promotes lawlessness. Likewise, we must also step away from Judaism and any other religion that does not believe Yahusha was the Messiah. We are in 2024, and the TRUTH is available for those who seek it, have an ear to hear it, and have eyes to see it. It’s available for those willing to stop listening to doctrines, pick up the Bible, read it, and learn the ways of Abba 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

23. But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in TRUTH. For the Father also seeks such, the ones worshiping Him.

What Should We Do?

In Ephesians 6:11-17 we are instructed to put on the whole armor of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 in order to firmly stand our ground and withstand the strategies of Satan. The first piece of armor Sha’ul (Paul) revealed in verse 14 was the belt of TRUTH. The belt of TRUTH is not mentioned first out of coincidence but out of purpose. The 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s TRUTH is central to everything a BBB does, lives, says, and believes. It is the very foundation 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 laid from the beginning of time, and it stands no matter who believes it or not and whether someone likes it or not.

To understand Sha’ul’s armor analogy, let’s examine the attire of the people of that era and the regions Yahshar’elites lived in. In ancient times, individuals wore long, sheet-like robes such as tunics, thawbs, or thobes as both clothing and protection against the scorching heat. These garments posed a significant challenge in times of combat, confrontation, or even heavy labor. The excess fabric of the long robe could severely restrict movement, rendering them slow, unsteady, and vulnerable to attacks and potential mishaps such as tripping or stumbling. Consequently, a quick and essential maneuver for a soldier would be to swiftly gather and secure the excess fabric, tightly fasten it, and tuck it into the belt. Girding up would free the soldier and prepare him for immediate action.

And this is everlasting life, that they may know You, the Elohim of TRUTH, and Yahusha Messiah, whom You have sent.

The Effects of Missing TRUTH

Suppose we as BBBs refuse to gird up ourselves with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s TRUTH. In that case, we are inviting a multitude of consequential problems into our lives that will undoubtedly cost us our lives. Without the TRUTH, you will not be able to put on the rest of the armor, and therefore, the Devil will place you in bondage and enslave your mind until you are completely consumed. You can also look forward to never being free as John 8:32 teaches that it is 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s TRUTH that sets us free. The very TRUTH that you refuse to accept.

Until you acknowledge the TRUTH, you will be stuck in a perpetual cycle of Proverbs 14:12 and 16:25: “There is a way that seems upright to a man, but the end of it is the ways of death.” I know this sounds grim, but this is the truth. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 does not have 45,000 different truths or ways of doing things. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever more. If you don’t accept the whole TRUTH, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 will give you over to a reprobate mind and/or keep you in the strong delusion that you should believe the lie. Romans 1:24-32 and 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12

To have on the belt of TRUTH is to know 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s TRUTH and live it out daily. Having the belt of TRUTH fastened tightly now allows the other armor pieces to be put on. But it starts with the TRUTH. The majority of Christians are embarrassingly ignorant of the faith and have little Bible knowledge (TRUTH). Leaving them to be easily picked apart by Hêlēl (Satan), atheists, agnostics, or those who believe in false deities. Hence the explosion in Christians turning atheist and agnostic.

The Effects on the Children Missing TRUTH

According to Lifeway Research, “70% of youth stop attending church and start leaving when they graduate from high school.”

Christian-raised children grow up not fully understanding who 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is or who they are in Yahusha. Their understanding of the faith was poured or forced upon them with lies, half-truths, or a dumbed-down version of the gospel, leaving them empty with questions that rtheir parents nor pastor could answer or wanted to answer. In short, their faith, belief, salvation, etc., was not real to them because TRUTH was not taught.

They WERE NOT taught that the Bible is a REAL history book of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s chosen nation, the Hebrews, AKA Yahshar’elites (Israelites), not to be mistaken with Rev2:9s or Rev3:9s. Neither were they taught the feast days, but rather taught Christmas, Easter, Ash Wednesday, Halloween, etc., However, they were taught to focus on the New Testament and not the “done away with” Old Testament, not knowing that the Old Testament teaches the very nature and ways of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. They were never taught the name 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 or that the name of the Savior is Yahusha, NOT Jesus, because there was no letter “J.” The letter J was invented in 1524, which would also mean that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s name IS NOT Jehovah.

Being a BBB is not about attending a church or being sold out for Jesus, but about accepting Yahusha and living for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 by following His ways, precepts, and commands (Revelation 12:17). Christianity has completely stripped away the laws of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 by ignoring Torah, the prophets, and the words of Yahusha (Matthew 5:17).

Conclusion

We are losing Yahshar’elites and grafted in believers left and right because we are failing to put on the belt of TRUTH. We were taught many falsehoods that directly contradic Scripture, and we believed the deceptions and illusions. Unfortunately, and to a fault, we have NOT girded our loins with the belt of TRUTH, but have placed the belt of lies on and it is not able to hold up our tunics, let alone armor. Therefore we are restrained, slow, off balance, continuously tripping and falling and are unable to put on the rest of the whole armor of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. (Hosea 4:6) My people perish for the lack of knowledge. What good is having any of the other pieces if you don’t understand the TRUTH about them?

Questions

• What is the Helmet of Salvation if you don’t know the TRUTH about salvation, how or why we need it, who it comes from, how to get it, and how to hold on to it?
• What is the Breastplate of Righteousness if you don’t know what righteousness is?
• What is the Shield of Faith if you don’t know who or what to have Faith in and why?
• What is the Sword of the Spirit when you don’t know anything in the book and what you do know you don’t even know if it’s true? You don’t study it so you will never be able to rightly divide the word in TRUTH. (2 Timothy 2:15)
• What is the Boots of Peace if you don’t know the good news? In John 17 Yahusha prays to Abba 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and tells 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 that He has finished the work He was given. That work was to share the good news of everlasting life. But what was everlasting life? John 17:3-6 “And this is everlasting life, that they may know You, the Elohim of TRUTH, and Yahusha Messiah, whom You have sent. I have glorified You on the earth. I finished the work that You gave Me to do. And now Father, glorify Me with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the existence of the world. I revealed Your name to the men whom You gave to Me out of the world. They were Yours, and You gave them to Me; and they have kept Your Word.

Definition of Imperceptible:

• Not perceptible by a sense or by the mind: extremely slight, gradual, or subtle.
• “Invisible objects cannot be seen but can be discovered by other senses except for vision. Imperceptible objects cannot be detected by any of your senses.” Example: Wind or air is invisible, but you can feel it, and it can carry smells on it. On the other hand, imperceptible things can not be detected at all.

The Unseen Spiritual War

The world is engulfed in an unseen spiritual war that operates beyond our visual senses, but its invisibility is not the entirety of the matter. This war is more imperceptible, meaning it operates subtly and evades all human senses. Despite its subtle nature, this conflict is loud, violent, and destructive yet rages around us daily without humanity realizing it (2 Kings 6:15-17). This war consists of countless small and large battles fought, each striving to gain control of our minds, bodies, and souls with the ultimate goal of bringing about the destruction of the Kingdom of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

Wicked Entities

Satan commands his army of fallen angels who are determined to kill, steal from, and destroy humans. This army also includes cruel and vicious demons who aim to possess, influence, cause chaos, and bring illness. More often than not, these wicked forces are camouflaged and work through people, religions, organizations, governments, businesses, etc. The presence of these evil forces and their actions often escape our perception due to the veil of humanity they operate behind, especially for those of us lacking a 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 provided wisdom or spiritual discernment (James 3:17, Daniel 2:21–22).

One example would be gangsta rap music’s detrimental impact in the 80s and beyond. Evil spirits provided wicked words that flowed smoothly over addictive beats. It hid behind record labels and artists but resulted in significant increases in crime, incarceration, and death among African Americans. Whether you notice these evil forces or not, these fallen angels and demons constantly work towards our downfall. We must recognize the significance of these wicked entities and spiritual battles and not overlook or disregard the spiritual reality.

Existence of Demonic Forces

Paul warned us in Ephesians 6:10-20, and Yahshua showed us countless encounters with demons during His ministry, confirming the undeniable existence of these forces (Luke 11:14, Luke 4:33–35, Matthew 12:23, Mark 5:1-17, Mark 9:20-29). Additionally, we have the accounts of Satan and other angels falling from the Shamayim (Heavens) (Revelation 12:9, Isaiah 14:12-15, Jude 1:6, Revelation 9:14).

Battles Lost Before We Knew They Started

Many of our battles have already been lost through the facades of normalcy, syncretism, acculturation, and assimilation (Romans 12:2). The world system(s) that produces the rebellious popular cultures and manners of thinking has already conformed many to unrighteous ways. The impact of this conformity has extended beyond nonbelievers to affect even those who identify or claim to be believers. Unfortunately, minimal to no opposition against conformity was encountered then, and clearly, no resistance is found today, which is evident in churches worldwide.

Definition of Inured:

• Accustomed to something, especially something unpleasant
• “If you are inured to something unpleasant, you have become used to it so that it no longer affects you.”

Normalization of wickedness has spread like wildfire and will continue to spread if left unchecked. Non-believers, along with believers, have become inured, and our minds have been seared and desensitized by the ways of the world. We think we are winning and gaining progress because everything around us looks good and normal to us. But in reality, we have forfeited and lost ground in the spiritual war, and things couldn’t be worse.

Were they ashamed when they made an abomination? They were not at all ashamed, nor did they know to blush. So they shall fall among those who fall. At the time I visit them, they shall be cast down, says 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

Three examples of normalcy! Are you winning or losing?

• Taking the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 in vain: The name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has been changed and altered in His Scriptures by man, disregarded, misused, and brought to nothingness. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 declared His Name over and over in His Scripture just like in Isaiah 42:8 and commands that His glory and praise not be given to another. “I am 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄; that is My name; and I will not give My glory to another, nor My praise to engraved images.” In Isaiah 52:6 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 says that His people shall know His name. Some say His name and His Son’s name don’t matter. Are we winning or losing?

• Abortion: The devil takes an estimated 40-50 Million babies yearly through murder worldwide; that’s about 125k a day. The Bible says that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 knew us before he formed us in the belly (Jeremiah 1:5). 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 never commanded the murder of innocent children; He never even thought of telling us to do such a thing. Jeremiah 19:5). Are we winning or losing?

• LGBTQ+: Having a same-sex relationship and deciding what sex you are regardless of your actual biological makeup. Were we created man for woman and woman for man? Did 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 make a mistake when He created a man as a man and a woman as a woman? Are we winning or losing?

We Are Not in This War Alone!

14. And he sent horses and chariots there, and a heavy army. And they came in by night and surrounded the city.

15. And the servant of the man of The Elohim rose up early and went out. And, behold, an army was surrounding the city, and horses and chariots. And his young man said to him, Alas, my master! What shall we do?

16. And he said, Do not fear, for those with us are more than those with them.

17. And Elisha prayed and said, I beg You, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, open his eyes so that he may see. And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 opened the eyes of the young man. And he looked, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elishu’a (Elisha).

Divine Protection and Authority

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has not left us to fend for ourselves. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has given us more than enough to withstand the wickedness of satan and the army he controls. First and foremost, He left His Set Apart Ruach (Holy Spirit) for those who would receive it (John 14:15-30, John 16:7). Secondly, I am reminded of the words that Yahusha spoke to His disciples in Luke 10:18-20. Yahusha said: “I saw Satan falling out of Heaven as lightning! Behold, I give authority to you to tread on snakes and scorpions and all the power of the enemy, and nothing will harm you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the demons submit to you. But rather rejoice that your names are written in Heaven.”

Adorn the Whole Armor of YAH!

He also gave us armor to put on for these battles. Sha’ul (Paul) encourages us to “be made powerful in our Master and in the might of His strength. Put on all the armor of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, for you to be able to stand against the strategies of the Devil (Satan). Take up all of the whole armor of Elohim that you may be able to resist the evil one, and being prepared you shall prevail. Then stand firm, “having girded your loins about with truth” and having put “on the breastplate of righteousness,” and defend your feet with the preparation of the good news of peace. Above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the flaming darts of the evil one. Also, put on “the helmet of salvation,” and take the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄; through all prayer and petition, praying at all times in the Spirit, and watching to this same thing with all perseverance and petition concerning all the saints.” (Ephesians 6:10-11, 13-18).

Angels Encamped All Around Us

Lastly, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 sends His angels to cover us and help us in our struggles, battles, and spiritual warfare. (Matthew 18:10, 13:41, Acts 12:13-15, Psalm 91:11-12, 34:4-7, Hebrews 1:14, 13:2)

What Are You Doing?

• Are you at war with the devil and his army, or have you been lulled to sleep by the satanic lullabies playing all around the world?
• Have you been pulled into the false belief that all you need to do is believe and be a good person, all the while living contrary to what the Bible actually says?
• Have you been lulled into a false sense of peace and an attitude of surrender, telling yourself if you can’t beat them, join them?
• Have you fallen under the witchcraft of lies spewed out by charismatic speakers and false prophets who are so smart and have so many followers that they can’t be wrong?
• Are you fighting back through studying the word, praying, fasting, rejecting the ways of the world, and witnessing like a soldier of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄
• Has your mind been seared to believe and think things like that’s how things are supposed to be, as long as they don’t bother me with it, and it really isn’t my problem?

Conclusion

You have been under attack since the day you were born. The devil and his demons are not going to stop. They want us to be dumb, deaf, and blind through normalcy. So “Because of this, take up all of the whole armor of Elohim that you may be able to resist the evil one, and being prepared you shall prevail” (Eph 6:13).

• Who knows the mysteries of the universe?
• Who knows why and when a person dies? 
• Who knows why you were born in your family and not another?

• Who knows when Yahshua will return for (us) His people?
• Who knows exactly how 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 will gather Yahshar’el back to the promised land?

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 the Revealer and Keeper of His Plans

As human beings, there are secrets, plans, or certain mysteries that we are not privy to here on earth and possibly never will be. These mysteries or secrets are sometimes revealed to specific humans (Psalm 25:14, Amos 3:6–7); some are known only to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and Yahshua, while others are exclusive to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (Matthew 24:35-37). It’s important to remember that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is our Shepherd (Psalm 23), and He always has our best interests at heart. However, it’s even more critical to acknowledge that humans can not and do not bind 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. He doesn’t need to disclose His secrets, plans, or mysteries of His universe to us, and we certainly can not make Him. His plans, purpose, and will are His own for Him to decide what He wishes to share.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is Omniscient, meaning that His knowledge is infinite, knowing everything. According to Isaiah 55:8-9, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s thoughts and ways are not like ours, but higher and immeasurably beyond our comprehension. Simply put, it’s impossible for us to fully grasp 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s perspective, as it transcends our understanding. Additionally, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is Omnipresent, meaning that His presence is unbounded by location, time, or space, encompassing the past, present, and future. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 told us in Revelation 1:8 that He is the “One who is (present), and who was (past), and who is coming (future), the Almighty.” Furthermore, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is Omnipotent, signifying that He has unlimited, unmatchable power and can do anything, well, almost anything. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 can not lie (Hebrews 6:18,  Numbers 23:19, 1 Samuel 15:29, Romans 3:4), change (Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8, Revelation 1:8), break promises or covenants (Psalm 89:34, Leviticus 26:44), or stop loving you (Jeremiah 31:3, John 3:16, 1 John 4:19).

Joseph’s Life

The historical events of Joseph’s life, as recorded in Genesis 37–50 and Yasher 41-44, 46, 48-55, present an excellent example of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s secrets and plans. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 provided some details to Joseph through dreams, but most of the details were withheld or kept from him. Yosef (Joseph), through the power of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, was able to decipher dreams with pinpoint accuracy, but he never deciphered his own.

4. And Joseph said to his brothers, Now come near to me. And they came near. And he said, I am your brother Joseph, whom you sold into Egypt.

5. And now do not be grieved, and let no anger be in your eyes because you sold me here, for Elohim sent me before you to save life.

Joseph’s Life Layed Out

• Details provided
  • As a young man 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 made it known to Joseph through dreams that he would be a great man.

• Trials, burdens, and tragedies
  • He lost his mother at an early age (Genesis 35:16-19, Yasher 42:29-36)
  • He was mistreated by his Father with favoritism (Genesis 37:3-4, Yasher 41:6-7). Favoritism is a form of abuse that spoils and teaches entitlement to the favorite and breeds resentment between siblings

  • His living conditions were horrendous and unhealthy; the scripture describes it as a dungeon (Genesis 40:15, Yasher 46:11).
  • His plea for freedom was forgotten by the chief of the cupbearers whom he helped (Genesis 40:23, Yasher 43:19-20)
  • He carried prolonged unresolved stress from family trauma inflicted by his brothers. (Genesis. 42:24, 43:30-31, Yasher 51:37, 53:8,10)

• The outcome of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s plan, purpose, and will
  • Joseph became ruler of Mizraim (Egypt), only second to Pharaoh the Melech (King).
  • Family relationships were restored and strengthened
  • Jacob (Yahshar’el) was rescued from the famine and brought into the city of Goshen in Mizraim.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Plan Not Revealed

These trials and tragedies in Joseph’s life were all part of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s intricate plan, purpose, and will for Joseph’s life and the survival of Yahshar’el. Imagine if 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 had revealed to Joseph the trials, trauma, and tragedies he would endure? He might have chosen a different path or walked away from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and his family. Similarly, had 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 revealed to Jacob that his favorite and most beloved son would be hated by his brothers, sold into slavery, subjected to beatings, and unjustly imprisoned in a dungeon. Jacob might have attempted to shield Joseph from these harsh experiences, thus blocking YAH’s will. Lastly, imagine Joseph’s hateful brothers knowing for sure that one day Joseph would rule over them, as revealed in his dreams; they might have actually killed him.

We must understand and recognize that Abba YAH has profound insight into our psyche and lives (past, present, and future). He knows how to mold or refine us into the finest versions of ourselves. It might take trials and tribulations, up and down, or twists and turns, but in the end, it is for our good and for His purpose, glory, and ultimate plan.

Our lives

Though it is 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s prerogative to unveil His plans or not, some believe that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is always silent and withholds His secrets and plans from them. While this may be true for some people or for some aspects of our lives, it is not true for everyone. Just as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 provided glimpses of His plans to Joseph, He also offers glimpses to us. The question is, where and from whom are you seeking these secrets, plans, or glimpses? Are you seeking the face of the Most High through prayer for answers? Are you reading, studying, and meditating on His Word for the answers?  

You must understand that Abba YAH has placed many of His secrets, truths, plans, and mysteries in His inspired Word, the Bible, and reveals it to those truly seeking His face in spirit and in truth (2 Timothy 3:16, Luke 24:45, John 4:24). So, if you do not open your Scriptures, you are looking in the wrong place. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 also shares through visions, dreams, and prayers, which comes through building a relationship with Him. So, fortunately for us, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is not silent, nor did He leave us in the dark with no revelations or instructions. Even still, if you aren’t privy to the plans of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 for your life, trust in Him like Joseph did and know that He is working things out for your good. (Romans 8:28, Isaiah 54:17).

Conclusion

Our job is not to know every detail and intricacy of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄‘s plans but to trust that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 will do what He has revealed and what He has promised in His Word. So we should not get caught up and preoccupied with His mysteries, plans, and secrets, so much so that we get in His way or continuously throw our hands up asking who, what, when, where, and why me. We are required to pray, read, study, and meditate on the Torah. Furthermore, we are required to obey the Torah and believe in the testimony of Yahshua, so let’s do these things and live a purposeful life. (Revelations 12:17)

Proverbs 6:6-11 teaches us about the financial poverty resulting from laziness, sluggardness, or a lack of effort. However, we can also apply these same principles to our spiritual lives. If we are lazy in our prayer life or reading and studying 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄’s Word, what do you think will happen? Yes, we will become spiritually poor and weak believers. In this discussion, we will examine both the financial and spiritual aspects of this topic as we consider the ant.

Consider the Ant

Many of us tend to overlook ants and perceive them as insignificant, harmless pests that are not worth our attention or time. Others view them as simple insects that must be stepped on and eliminated, particularly if they invade our homes, infiltrate our food, or crawl on our bodies. Nevertheless, before you continue to ignore Ants or take drastic steps to exterminate them, please pause and acknowledge the 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 provided wisdom of King Shlomo (Solomon) to consider the ants. 

Though ants are among the smallest creatures on earth, we can learn valuable lessons about planning, perseverance,  hard work, and more by observing their extraordinary abilities, characteristics, and habits. These tiny creatures are among the hardest-working insects on the planet. So take some time to explore their incredible world and discover what traits you can learn and incorporate into your everyday life.

Ant Traits, Habits, and Characteristics

Planners

Ants are fascinating creatures that possess an incredible ability to plan and prepare for the future. This ability is demonstrated by the black ant, which tirelessly collects and stores food during the spring, summer, and fall seasons to ensure its survival during the winter. To further ensure their survival, black ants build specialized climate-controlled chambers in their nests, which must be maintained for optimal storage conditions. The ants carefully control the humidity and temperature within these chambers to prevent moisture and mold from damaging their food supply. If they fail to plan these storage chambers correctly, the entire ant colony is at risk of dying.

Other types of ants also demonstrate remarkable planning and preparation skills. For instance, Honey Pot ants have specialized workers who store food in their social stomachs and hang from the ceiling in chambers. These hanging ants allow other worker ants to feed during the winter when food is scarce. Leafcutter ants are another example of ants that plan for the future. They are farmers, growing fungi that serve as their primary food source. Leafcutter ants constantly maintain their fungal gardens, carefully removing harmful bacteria and fungi that could damage their crops. 

We should store money during our working years to prepare for our winters (emergencies and retirement). Just like the ants know winter is coming, so do we. Planning and saving are a part of our makeup or instinct as humans; we all have that ability, but some are lazy or professional procrastinators. Think of the simple and natural ways we plan. We don’t go to the gas station every time we drive, go to the grocery store for every meal, and we certainly don’t pack one pamper for a baby when going out for the day. The ants’ planning should inspire us to plan our finances for a secure future. 

Learning about the ant’s planning and preparation habits should not only motivate you financially but also spiritually. As BBBs (Bible Believing Believers), we should be storing (hiding) the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 in our hearts (Psalm 119:11). By having the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 in our hearts we will have our own internal storage chamber to draw from when we need it. We will make better choices in life because His ways, precepts, and commands will be in us. However, if we are lazy and sluggard, we will not read, study, or meditate on the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 daily, nor will we regularly have meaningful prayer time; therefore, we will be empty.

Driven by Purpose

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 has made all for His purpose, yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Depending on their job, ants have clear short and long-term objectives or goals that shape everything they do. For example, one ant’s sole job is finding food for the colony. Another might be keeping the nest clean, caring for the queen, or guarding and protecting the nest. Whatever their purpose, ants input all their time and energy into it, driving their actions.

𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 made everything for His purpose, meaning that we all have a purpose in Him and for Him just like the ants have a purpose for their colony (Proverbs 16:4). 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 shaped us and has authority over us (Romans 9:21, Jeremiah 18:6, Isaiah 29:16). If you are unsure of your purpose in life, talk to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 our manufacturer the potter Himself and listen to Him. Additionally, read and study His Word continuously, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 will reveal His reasons for your existence. Don’t go searching for some big grand purpose to be famous; when you truly walk in your 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 given purpose, the world will hate you, not celebrate you (John 15:18-25, Luke 6:22). Monetarily speaking we have a purpose as well which is to provide short and long term financial stability for ourselves and those in our care.

Hard Worker

• During their working seasons, ants work night and day, only sleeping 4 hours daily. (Colossians 3:23)
• Ants are capable of lifting 10-50 times their body weight, which would be equivalent to a 130-pound human lifting 1350-6,500lbs. (1 Peter 3:9, 1 Corinthians 10:13) 
• After being destroyed by rain or other factors, fire ants immediately began rebuilding their homes, completing the work within 48 hours.

These resilience traits show the ants’ grit, determination, and hard work, which are to be admired, studied, and learned. Things may get hard in service to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, but we must push through pain, persecution, setbacks, trials, isolation, and heartache. (Colossians 3:23-24, Philippians 2:14-15, Romans 12:11, Proverbs 16:3, Philippians 4:13). Yahshua told us in Matthew 7:13-14 that the way to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 was through a narrow and strait gate and not the wide and broad gate. This means that the narrow gate will take courage, commitment, dedication, and hard work to walk.

Furthermore, Yahshua also asked if He must bear the torture stake alone, indicating that following His Father 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and Himself is not easy and requires you to die to self and may even cause physical death. Kefa (Peter) found this out when he denied Yahshua three times to avoid joining Yahshua on the torture stake (Luke 22:54-62). Like the ant, we must show grit and push forward in our 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 given purpose. “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:  Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” (Matthew 7:13-14). 

Regarding our secular jobs, we must be hard workers in whatever careers we choose and maximize our earning potential. You can’t just up and quit your job or close your business because things get tough and weighty.

Self Motivated and Proactive

Ants don’t have supervisors, managers, coaches, pastors, or motivational speakers to get them to work. They are self-motivated, which is powered by their purpose, which in turn makes them accomplish their goals daily. They know their roles and responsibilities and carry them out diligently without being forced to work. This self-motivation is a powerful trait we can and should emulate.

• Do you know your role?
• Do you continuously need someone to check on you to see if you are working?
• Do you still need guidance and supervision to handle daily tasks?
• Does someone have to remind you to read and study your Bible or pray? 

Ants have many more traits, such as organization, teamwork, commitment, communication skills, etc., but I won’t review them all. Besides, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is telling YOU to study the ant, so don’t be lazy or procrastinate. Go and study/research the traits of the ant and start implementing them.

Financial and Spiritual Things to Do

Financial

• Write a budget or spending plan.
• Establish an emergency account funded for 6-12 months
• Check to see if your company offers 401k and a match and start funding it
• Look into beginning a Roth IRA and start funding it
• If you have kids, start a 529 account and fund it
• Get term life insurance

Spiritual

• Repent and turn from your wicked way and accept Yahshua as the Passover lamb. (Matthew 4:17)
• Set a time to read, study, and meditate on the Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 daily (Joshua 1:8)
• Pick a spot in your home and designate it for prayer and pray daily (Matthew 6:6)
• Start memorizing a few scriptures and store them in your heart (Psalm 119:11)
• Start observing the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:3-17 Deuteronomy 5:7-21)

Conclusion

In order to achieve success, it is essential to possess certain qualities and skills such as the ones we covered today. The ants are known for their diligence and hardworking nature; taking a cue from them can be highly beneficial. Therefore, I urge you to delve deeper into the traits of the ant, conduct thorough research, and make an effort to implement these qualities in your own life. Remember, putting in the effort now will pay off in the future. So, don’t be complacent and start working towards your purpose and goals today.
