COVID-19 Return Policy: Unfortunately, due to the pandemic risk conditions, we are not accepting returns on certain items (shirts, masks, tumblers) unless defective, damaged, or the wrong item shipped.
  • Please scrutinize your merchandise when you receive it. If you deemed it defective, damaged, or the wrong item shipped from us, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order at, and we would be happy to exchange the item (s) for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice explaining the reason for your return.

  • If your book(s) are defective, please return it via USPS Media Mail for affordable rates. We will credit your shipping cost up to the cost of USPS Media Mail Service.
  • All returns that do not comply with the above policy may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee (except for defective, damaged, or wrong items shipped).
  • Returns take 5-10 business days to process upon receipt, and you will be notified via email when your return is complete.
  • Books can be returned only if postmarked within 7 days of receipt, provided the book(s) is in a sellable condition ("brand new" condition, no writing, highlighting, scratches, or wrinkled pages).
